Hi all,

Clumsily, I moved the icon that launches BG2 from its directory and now I cant get the game to start at all.  I get some sort of Bad Line error.   Moreover, I can't for whatever reason just clilck and drag the icon back.  In short, I'm stuck.  Any ideas?   Im running the game on Mac OSX. 

If I need to reinstall the game, I am fine with that.  However, I definitely want to keep my saved game so I don't have to start over.  If I reinstall the game, can I somehow import the saved game file?  If so, can you walk me through it?

Haven't got OSX so can't comment on specifics but generally if you can find the save game you can copy it to somewhere safe and add it back to the savegame folder after a re-install.

To run it on Linux the shortcut has to run Wine, a command line would be "WINE pathname\\baldur.exe". Maybe OSX does a similar thing.

There are a few people using OSX here but obviously not around at the moment.
