Dear friends,

I am a new user of this website. My name's Andrea and I write from Italy.

I have bought Dragon Age 2 and I have a huuugeeee PROBLEM! The game freezes on the first loading or, maximum, at the second one, before I can select the outlook of my characters... I have tried so many times but coudn't make it, so I am not able to use the game! Is there anything i can do?

PS I am not so good with pc languages and patches so please keep it simple....

It happens to me as well.

The best solution is to wait at the character creation screen for about 5 to 10 minutes. The game has not frozen it is loadng files. I reset 3 or 4 times before I figured it out.

Give it a try and see if it works.
