Male Sentinel. Romanced to Miranda. Mostly paragon, but dipping into renegade (Mainly against mercs and criminals). Rachni queen saved, geth rewrote, everyone loyal, no casualties.

My renegade-turned-paragon FemShep, of course! Has so much character depth to her that even my Paragon black-and-bald Shep's LI Ash is worth the wait. Can't wait to see how her trial would turn out. It's going to be one hell of an emotional event.

The only character I have. I only ever play the game a specific way, so I never had the need to create a second character. Plus, if I had, I would have had to start from the beginning of the first game.

Anyway, she's a pure Renegade. Except for to do Legion's stuff, I had to choose the paragon choice to keep him.

Love interest is Liara, but I plan to change that given the opportunity. Since Kelly Chambers was the only option before the Liara DLC, I did the one night stand with her too.

I only carry over one save. I do have some saves in the last two games in certain locations so I could make some alterations without absolutely having to play the whole thing again, though.

I'm kind of the same way.  I usually end up doing things the same way.  Even if I start a new game with the intent to do things differently, I rarely follow through.

My very goody two shoes Paragon Femshep, Jane. Romanced Liara (a little Kelly on the side action, uh oh), saved the queen, saved the council, saved Wrex, put Anderson on the council, rewrote the Heretics, blew up the Collector Base, etc, etc.

Probably start with RPG mode (no brainer, I know) and stick with goody goody choices my first run through, then adapt a more natural Paragade run second. Then, full out Renegade **** mode.

That is easy the first Shepard I ever created over 4 years ago in ME 1. He was the first Shepard I imported into ME 2 and I am taking him into ME 3. Of course I ran him through ME 2 again shortly after arrival was released just to make sure I had all of my bases covered. He is a male paragon soldier btw who is earthborn sole survivor but with a custom look and he romanced Liara and stayed loyal to her and then romanced her again in LoTSB.

I'm surprising myself at how I'm actually reading all of the decisions people take, not just skimming the details. Feel free to list them out if you'd like.

My Paragon Level 60 was also my first character and I used him through at least half a dozen ME1 playthroughs to get him to that level. He was also my first for ME2 and I made him stay Soldier throughout.

I've never liked custom appearances and stick with default Shep, he just looks great.

I finally got around to doing a career using the sheploo look and to be honest it just didn't feel the same as other playthroughs for me because it didn't feel like my shepard.

I like the defaults, but my FemShep is prettier. She's black, has blonde hair and eyebrows and blue eyes. I keep hoping to meet her in "real life". She's Earthborn, War Hero... and a Sentinel. Because holographic armor is sexy.

Full Level 60 ME1 , 30 ME2 , Max Paragon , done all side missions , collectables and upgrades , kept all of my squad members in both games , bonded with Ash in ME1 , Miranda in ME2 , but left the door open for Ash too , as I can easily break up with Miranda .

Then i will choose my jack ass , evil bastard shep , he has done every evil action in both games , double crossed everyone he can , and made all the ruthless decisions available , he even betrayed his own squad members to their doom when he was presented with the chance to do so !

My Canon shepard deals with people in ways that I'd like to deal with them. Punches to the head, a lot of yelling, and maybe the occasional not-so-veiled threat.

I agree with the single playthru. If I made a save game for every possible choice, well...it would take away alot of fun that comes with role playing.

For my ME1 save:

Paragade

Romanced Ashley (Regret now. Should've stayed focus at task on hand.)
Killed the Rachni Queen.
Wrex survived.
Kaiden died.
Saved Council.
Chose Udina as counselor.

I only have multiple characters for different pairings. My Paragon was because I enjoy being a good guy but on my more recent playthroughs I act more like myself and do a little Renegade once in a while and don't regret it.

I see how a single playthrough would get that kind of experience but I don't think I could be satisfied with just one. Having more gives me incentive to play through again.
