I just got Dragon age last Friday(11/20), I tried to use the included codes for Shale and the Dragon Armor. I got an error message saying that I needed a 25 character code. My problem is my codes are 16 characters. Anyone have any ideas? This is so frustrating.

Enter the codes from within the game menus. Don't use the XBox Live interface.
