I get to pick Ashley up tenderly when she's wounded since I romanced her in Mass Effect. That's a pretty big reward.

Know what I get? All those little story bonuses that come from importing a save.

Guess who's got Kirrahe in her ME3, eh? U jelly, newbs?

I was taunting somebody I knew about that earlier today, in fact. He's used Genesis twice, and played through ME1 twice, yet none of his 4 saves has Kirrahe alive.

Maybe I get to see my femshep do the same with Kaidan. That would be funny yet awesome.

To OP, you seem disgruntled, and I'm sorry if that's the way you feel. I've also been around since before the release of ME, and I'm nothing but excited and thrilled at all the extras on offer for ALL players. If I were a noob, I'd be pretty bummed that I were treated differently than so-called "loyal fans". BioWare gives many extras for those that pre-order, and I think that is quite generous and I'm grateful. Try looking at all the great things they do for the fans and you just might gain a new perspective. :)

Wow this is SHOCKING. All i'm asking is us ME fans get a little love that's it. So much has been done to cater to a new crowd. While the original fans have been told your getting ME3 be happy. Sorry i'm blown away by this hostility. Image IPB

You essentially insulted the game by saying that some of the new features are not appreciated/welcomed/liked by old fans.  And you assume that you should get extra just because you can.  It doesn't work that way.

IMO, I don't need a fancy-pants extra bonus for playing the first two games, as they were rather fun in and of themselves...

As others have said, I've got my bonus from playing and importing, I remember playing ME2 without importing, then played with an imported character, an incredible difference and very enjoyable, that was my bonus for ME2, I now have a couple of characters ready to import to ME3, that's my bonus.

I missed that original post. Hah. Where was the hostiluity exactly? Talking about how much we are looking forward to the game is hostile to him? Whee. I don't like the game! Well, I do. Ahh!! Stop being so hostile!

I wouldn't want anything more than some ME1 and ME2 decisions reflected or spoken about in the game, and keeping my level/skills from ME2. Maybe a line in-game that my Shepard is a veteran at most, but nothing in terms of weapons or an outfit.

Some people just don't want to take the time to remember Silent Step and The Ever Alert. Gotta read your history, man.

Good ol' Mordin, shame they changed his voice actor.  It just won't feel the same in ME3.

Just the louder ones.

Where does this entitled attitude come from? It's not like Bioware or EA  fostered this kind of reckless, illogical behavior by giving out free stuff. What the hell is wrong with you people?

Buy the special edition, or play the Amalur demo if you want some extras.

I think Bioware should give the OP a little more cheese with his whine.

I have been with Mass Effect since the start and have been with Bioware since Baldur's Gate and would consider myself a loyal fan. I am pretty new to these forums so I havn't encountered too many "loyal" fans.

Now I am kinda thinking I should change my status to "regular old" fan if a "loyal" fan is someone who complains about how Bioware: designs their game, acquires new fans, adds optional multiplayer, and doesn't give enough freebies.

The game isn't even out and you are complaining? good job being a loyal fan.

and I thought I was being terrible wanting the option to pay for some terminus armor.

The 9 seperate DLC items that come with my CE pre-order are just not acceptable. How could they do this to me?

Haha no actually..

SPOILER!!

He is talking to Shepard about the Krogan females and showing sceptism over the scientists' reasons for keeping them. 'evolutionary paradigms' I believe is what he actually said.  I wasn't wrong though that this is part of the conversation where he talks of being promoted.

From what IGN just said about the contents of the demo, it may be.

Always been a sucker for pre-battle speeches. Maybe Kirrahe will can be persuaded to give one before we retake Earth. Then we can't fail.
