I've been creating a maxed out paragon Shepard, but in all my play throughs I note you never seem to have time to get to really know Legion because he's basically near the end, but I've held off on Jacks and Mirandas loyalty missions, the question is, will I have the time to do both their loyalty missions and Legions after he is picked up?

You will definitely have time to do two out of three. Supposedly others have managed to do three but I have never tested that (with a Shep that wants to rescue the whole crew).

Its fine to take unloyal members to SM by the way. They will survive under correct choices.

Thanks, I'll go with Legion and Miranda if that's the case, not sure about Jack's appearance in ME3.

^Actually, doing Jack's is a safe bet unless you really want her to die. Miranda has a tendancy to stick around even if 'disloyal' (don't mind the irony) - just don't make her lead or be a specialist.

IDK if i can do Legions loyaliti mission cuzz i want to save all the crew and i've heard if you do mission after you get Reaper IFF some1 will die...

EDIT:

"
Once the IFF is installed you have a choice, either head to the Omega 4 Relay, or continue completing assignments. If you choose to go immediately, you will save the entire crew. If you do 1 to 3 assignments, then you will lose half the crew, including Kelly Chambers. If you do 4 or more assignments, then you will lose the entire crew except for Doctor Chakwas. "
This is from Mass Effect Wiki.

That is after the IFF is installed and the crew is kidnapped. Your time window is between when Legion comes on board and IFF is installed which can range from 0 to 2 missions depending on the choices you make i.e. if you never revive Legion, it will happen immediately. If you have done all the loyalty missions of all the other squadmates, you get to do Legion's loyalty mission immediately. If you have loyalty missions left, you have time to do 2.

Allegedly you can get a larger window if you completely ignore one of the squad members the entire game. I haven't tested this myself, so I couldn't guarantee that it would work.

I'm not sure what you did but this is how it works.

The timer starts after completing Derelict Reaper.  If you activate Legion then you should be able to do two missions with Mission Complete screens before you get the scene with the Collector's attacking Normandy and Joker's mission.  After that happens you cannot do anymore missions if you want to save the crew.  You can however go to hub worlds to buy upgrades.

Alternatively, if you do Legion's mission, that will trigger the crew abduction as well.  So if you saved 2 missions but did Legion's first, then you will not have time to do the other.

As long as the next mission after the crew abduction is the Suicide Mission then you should save the entire crew.

Are you sure going to hubworlds doesn't count in terms of getting your crew killed? Tested it?

I am sure hubworlds do not count. I have visited hubworlds after the crew abduction and they still made it all out alive.

Alright then, cool. I tend to jump straight through the relay or do more N7/Loyalty missions (if I'm going for a bleaker ending) so I didn't know.

Only things that give you a Mission Complete count for the purpose of various timers in the game. Whether that is for the crew abduction, crew dialogue, or the upgrade terminal on the Shadow Broker vessel. However actual days (real time) do not count towards the crew abduction as they do with some other things.

depends on loyal squadmates, if everyone but one is loyal, you just get one mission, otherwise two. you can go up to three afaik with the two loyalty missions on Tuchanka.

If you have the DLCs of the Shadow broker and project overload you could left this ones for after the suicide mission.
