This is an old question probably, but i cannot seem to find an answer to my problem

I have installed ME on my pc, but when i try launch the game it goes to the configure screen, then a error message pops up while collecting information. i have tried going into the game via the location it is installed at, but still it gets stuck at the configuration utility screen.

so in short, i cannot access the game at all, and have tried re-installing several times
