Over the past week or two i've sent of a number of emails to GAME (in the UK) regarding the upcoming pre-order DLC that they apparently have exclusive rights to in the UK. However the replies i've been given suggest that EA have yet to confirm with GAME what pre-order DLC's they'll be getting.

The general reply that i was given in regards to the pre-order "M55 Argus Assault Rifle" DLC and GAME's exclusive right to the "N7 Warfare Gear" DLC was as followed:

Thank you for your email.
This has not yet been confirmed to us by the publisher. If it is confirmed and your preorder qualifies for the DLC then yes we will look to upgrade your order.
If you have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

Does this suggest that EA have yet to confirm with GAME as to what DLC their customers will be entitled to? After all it was around  3 weeks ago now that the pre-order DLC's were announced and GAME still has yet to update their website to include these DLC's!

I've been pondering the same thing too. It's stated in multiple places that GAME are the ones who get the DLC in the UK, yet their site makes no mention of it.

I'm sure they're just being slow - they're known for being slow off the mark in announcing pre-order DLC, at least when it comes to BioWare games.

Don't worry, Game always seems to get both dlc's. Say if one dlc was sold at Gamestop and another was at Gamestation, Game get's both of them.

Always been like this for me atleast.

It seems to be a mistake on Game's part. I have alerted our UK team to try to clear it up.

I hope they are being slow! I specifically waited until the pre-order DLC's were announced before i placed my order. But like i said, it has been 3 weeks since the DLC's were announced. You'd think GAME would want to advertise that they were given exclusive DLC that no other UK retailer can supply.

GAME always seem to sort this kinda stuff out at the last minute. I wouldn't worry too much.

This is a bit strange, but if GAME is supposed to have exclusive rights to the warfare pack in the UK then why does the UK version of Origin have that listed?

That is really strange GAME in Sweden has the preorder bonus so the UK which is a much bigger country must have it too.

Well, could be exclusivity between resellers, whereas purchasing through Origin is coming straight from the source.

I assumed that the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom got the same pre-order bonus, the N7 Warfare Gear is exclusive to GameStop here, in Ireland. whereas GAME just has the standard CE.

While I would have answered in this thread anyways, and have the prvious times this has been answered (no one uses Search anymore, makes me sad) I will point out that posting what I answer in a PRIVATE message is a pretty sure way to never get me to answer you ever again.

If you ask "he Chris, can you answer this thread?" thats fine. but if you ask me something privately, that has some implication of what private means.

Yeh it's just not very good one. 

The problem with GAME as mentioned in recent thread which was on similar topic, they have run out of one format version of CE prior to updating their website with information that they even have any benefits from ordering with them. Someone rang them and they got told they had the extra content but most people do not ring up to check, they look on the website. In essense it's a little too late for some, but only for small group of ones who wanted 360 CE with extra per-order bonuses.

Bloody hell I worded that badly, I'll try again.

I live in NI so we get Gamestop who get ROI bonuses and Game who get UK bonuses, they are often the same. But so far Gamestop are saying they don't know if they are getting the bonus and its looking doubtful, whereas Game are already advertising it.

Where did you get your info that Gamestop IE are getting the bonus? I suspect the guy instore may have just been trying to sound informed when he answered my question but in reality didn't have a clue.
