I had an email from GAME this morning, after inquiring about the Collectors Edition last night. In regards to preorder content their official stance seems to be...

"Preorder Bonus Content

We will be offering a preorder bonus for Mass Effect 3. The details are currently being finalised, but once we have the details we will update our website, so keep an eye on it for further information. If you have already placed your preorder you will already be eligible for this bonus"

So yeah, they'll sort it out at the last minute probably.

Er just noticed 360 CE back on game website...bit strange that.

Problem I have is that my bank card runs out end of feb. I won't get new one until mid-feb, so if I order on the current card and can't change the payment details the order will be invalid, but if I leave it til I get the card through too late to pre-order...what a drag.

I called up my local game, they aren't taking anymore orders as they have filled their allocation, guess I'll stick with GameStop so.

I did try that...sadly their customer services staff (at least online) are not overly helpful. Now if it was amazon I could just update the card details, but it isn't clear if you can do that or not. They evidently are starting to take paypal but that option is missing from the order page. So I've ordered anyway and will see if any options exist...if not just have to cancel it. All thanks to bad coincidental timing and my refusal to own more than one normal bank account or credit card.

@All-a-Mort, you can change card details on the Game webiste under your account details. I did it myself, and it din't affect my pre order

Surely you knew someone who has a card that could be used? All I would of done is get them to preorder it for you and proceed to transfer the cash for it into their account.

Ah ok, good to know. Thanks! Not of course what the customer service people told me. Clearly they hadn't read their handbook or whatever they use. And to think I once applied for job there some 15 years ago...

i was in the exact same position mate, but u can edit your payment options on games website so its all good. preorder it now if u can an then when u get ur new card edit the payment details.

I have heard back from our UK team. There was some miscommunication with Game, but we have cleared things up. They will be updating their website (I have been told this will be taken care of by Friday) to show the N7 Warfare items. If you have ordered with Game, you will definitely be getting your items.

I was also told that Game has a few copies of the Collecotr's Edition left available, which may be why they are available for ordering again. THESE WILL RUN OUT, so act fast before they are gone.

Chris, will the N7 Warfare Gear be availible sometime after lauch? My local GAME stores have filled their pre-order allocation and the only place that has it is GameStop.

GAME got it for UK, though not exclusive for UK as its on Origin UK's website too!
