I sure hope so Chris, I was beginning to have a panic attack. I don't know what I'd do if I lose out on the CE. I pre-ordered it way back last summer.Chris Priestly wrote...
Nothing is going to happen to Game before March.
They also now have the ME3 DLC listed on their site, so take that as a good sign.

GAME has sorted it's issues apparently (according to MCV) - all should be fine for the ME3 preorders. (and what Chris said above)

Gamestation also have updated their site!
"Pre-Order the standard edition of Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or PC and you will receive the N7 Warfare Gear in-game weapons pack, including the N7 "Valkyrie" assault rifle and the N7 "Defender" armour. "

So glad to hear, rather selfishly I don't care what happens to the Game store or brand as long as they ship my collectors edition

Doesn't GAME own Gamestation? What happens to them if GAME goes under? Hopefuly nothing bad, because Gamestation is imo one of the better UK game retailers.

Yeah they do.
I prefer Gamestation myself as they usually have slightly better prices.
If they go down there will only be CEX and they have hardly anything..

There isn't a CEX literally anywhere around where I live, so that's a no. I wouldn't want to have to resort to start getting games online which I could just go oout and buy in the shop. I'm sure my worries aren't true though.

The confusing email replies are probably from a call centre/ email reply place
The call centre lot are the last to be informed of anything and are told to just send email templates until everything is 110% confirmed
