Hello Bioware, I have a problem with my Mass Effect 2 game. My older email account was hacked into about a month ago, and I have since registered a new account with a new email address. However, my problem is; when I tried to install my DLC, it says it needs my old account to verify it. Is there any way I can activate my DLC through my new account? I have no way of accessing my old account as the password was changed when it was hacked.

This is a peer group; there is no Bioware presence, so you must go to the official support pages that EA maintains, linked from the bottom center of every page.

During the runup to a release, there is interaction of a sort, filtered through non-developer personnel. which peters out about a month to six weeks after release, but it's never a common occurrence.
