"What exactly do you mean by 'your hair will be growing out of the other side of your head'?"

Posted Image

Okay, BioWare, seriously, you didn't do this with every hairstyle.  What the hell did you flip this one for?

Ok, here's a question. People are saying that the numbers of things in the CC are out of order, and they know that because of the numbers on the sliders.

So, I have to know, how do you view these numbers? Cause I would like to know so I could copy down all the numbers I used just encase my facecode is no good anymore come the complete game.

When you pick a slider position in the CC, positions 1-9 are numbred so, A for 10 and up. So when you pick position 8 that would also be an 8 in the facecode in the appropriate spot for that slider. If your logical 8 ends up being a C, that means between slider positions 7 and 8, we're effectively missing slider-options 8,9,10 and 11, or rather 8, 9, A and B (because C=12).

If they add these options in later, this should have NO effect on your facial code, seeing as your slider option already has a number unconnected to it's location on the slider.

Wow, this post confused the hell out of me. lol

But if I'm understanding you right, even if the numbers are reorginized on the sliders in the finished game it won't change anything with my code cause the code is the numbers on the slider and even if they reorganize it still goes by the number, no matter where it is.

I've played a femshep about a half dozen times now in the demo and I'm pretty much sold on the ponytail style myself. The lose hair in her face is a nice and subtle touch IMO.

Took advantage and won demo code from a friend who I asked to try the game for me (first try for him). I can fully vouch that there is alot less in the offical demo than in the leaked demo which I find kind of odd. Tried one of my Femsheps face codes and it came out pretty damn close if not better. I may post it here. (Crappy phone pics are crappy though. XD So it won't do it full justice.)
Insanity difficulty is actually really hard this time. Damn Cerberus Centerions are nasty with their head shots. Atlas wasn't really that hard but the mobs that came with him sure made him annoying. Earth level was great and they even added stuff going on in the background. Played as infiltrator which cloaking didn't really help all that much on the Salarian home world level. Spammed Liara's Singularity like mad though saved me loads of trouble.

It seems pretty straight forward to me. But maybe this will help.

What we believe is happening is certain values are missing from the sliders. For example, you have 1-9/A-M and slider values 5,6,7,C,D are missing from the CC. The code for the Shepard you make in the demo will work in the actual game because they will simply add the missing values.

Of course none of that will really matter upon importing, right? In this case it just if you want to try seeing your Shepard ahead of time in the Demo.

Thank you.  This makes me happy.

Still, I made this to make UJ look more like UJ. I actually like everything but the eyes and hair.

I think the eye shadow is the only thing throwing it off. I won't worry about it too much. It takes me a moment to get use to seeing my Shepards from ME1 to ME2. Give it a few minutes of game play and you'll wonder why you were worried in the first place.

Not me.  I look at Jessica in Lair of the Shadow Broker and still feel like something is off about her from ME1.  It's easily attributed to her having her face rebuilt by Cerberus, of course, but it's like a splinter under your fingernail... you can never forget it's there.

There would be no such explanation for having an even more drastic change in ME3.  Yes, yes, I know they probably increased poly counts, and as a 3D modeler myself I know that this can change a model's appearance quite a bit.  But I'd rather have a lower poly count to keep my character looking like the same character.

After playing a female vanguard in the trailer, is it just me, or is FemShep's posterior bigger in the third game? Pervy thing to notice, but hey. I need something to look at for 30+ hours. lol

At least the lighting for the CC looks better now? I had so much grief trying to figure out which eyes were grey in ME2, because the lighting still made them look blue.

Another Question! I know this is the FemShep thread, but does anyone here know whether there's screenshots of any new BroShep hair? I hear there's a mohawk now. o.o

Or you know Shepard is allowed to grow physically because that's what real people do and Bioware has repeatedly said they treat every character inculding Shepard as a real person. That could be the case since we don't look the same way we did 3 years ago no matter what stage in life we are.

From the pictures of the new hair styles. I like them all. I think they all look like real hair instead of an oily mess some of the hair looked like in ME2. Penny's updo will look like real hair up in a bun. unless people are right and some of the longer hair will be in the real game. (that was one of the reasons I picked the top bun look was because I was hoping for long hair in the third game) my original version of Penny had a shorter hairdo.

I have to say ME3 looks way better to me. Them eyes and that skin tone. <3

In that image the ME2 face looks like the odd one out, while the ME3 face looks like a naturally better version of the ME1 face.

Hey guys kind of a noob question but can you tell me how to check facecodes in ME1 and 2 on Xbox or can you only do that on PC? I want to test them in the ME3 demo but I can't find the codes on the squad screen. :(

I found the cc quite ugly compared to me2. All the eyes look glassy and the hair styles are just bad, idk just something a bit off about it.

On the plus side default shep looks great, though I really wanted my shep to look great too :\\

I find it odd that the new femshep has really, really strong eye make up yet you can't seem to choose anything remotely similar in CC.
