@Arrival,
Its not as bad as everyone tries to make it out to be. After coming off the high we had from above average DLCs like Overlord and LotSB it is mildly disappointing. It is short and it wasn't a VS DLC, still a bit bitter about that... But I was emotionally effected by what happened, though I knew better, I really thought Shepard was going to die. I found it chilling and tragic. Yeah, Shepard doesn't get much choice in what happens but that happens sometimes, you can only choice how you react to what is happening.

Going through ME2 with Jane this time, she was originally meant to be a place-holder for the new default but depending on how well she imports over I might just tick to her current look...

Is that eyeshape 9? Because they are nice-looking in ME3 too. They seem a bit more narrow in 3, but I love them.
Anyways, I'd give her a shot on import, no doubt about it.
Her face is a bit long, makes her look more unique, I quite like it, nice job on her =)

Not a lot as far as I've seen, although I'm seriously contemplating changing all mine to complexion 2 for this final war. Will see how they look once I install the demo tonight.

Your girl looks career military, with a touch of "shoved into a job she didn't want" resignation and determination. Also really refreshing to see some not so 'perfect with just a few perfect flaws' femSheps from time to time.

Thanks Kyrene,  that was the feeling I was going for with her. Shes an Earthborn so has the history with the 10th street reds hanging over her head, may have redeemed herself upon enlisting and becoming a skilled soldier, defending elysium and being considered a war hero, but having sacrified over 300,000 batarians, Leaving Kaidan to die, having all of her allies and the alliance higher ups turn against her and now having to face up to the entire reaper fleet, its starting to get to her. The weird thing is, I created this shep as a random experiment for the ME 3 CC to see what It could do, but now I'm seriously considering using her for a full playthough. (I have a sentinel femshep run ready to import into ME3. But her design was just a placeholder so I could use the new default. I like the new default, but now I am tempted to use this shep instead) 

Please post up your shepards if you can, would be interesting to see more older sheps

Here's a side-by-side comparison, Hyper_gateway. The conversation sliders are different, so are the hair colours, the cheek bones, and even their skintones. I very much appreciate the fact that you're standing up for your friend and can even understand that you sent me a rather snarky private message - it's all perfectly understandable, but not so much fun. I sincerely hope this'll resolve the issue.

I could have verified that Dissimilitude's Shep and mine are indeed not the same, much less the shot in question. Perhaps because I've spent so much time looking at my own XD
As a side note, I have given out Teagan's face code.  A lot of people don't, and that's quite alright.  I appreciate folks taking a protective interest, but a PM to me first would have been nice before it escalated.

Heh, I have a feeling that shot will become another one of those moments in the game everyone captures because it makes Shep look good...all you rabid frapsers know what I'm talking about.

 Multiplayer is SO addicting! i was skeptical. and now i'm sleep deprived 'cause the hubby and I stayed up playing it and then he stayed up to play the single player demo. and, of course, the babbies are up way early.

but hey, another sp round for me, too and improved kryie! correct blonde now. trying to decide which one i like better. it may be moot, depending on how import looks.

A lot of people seem to be (if slightly) tripping over how similar some Sheps look at first sight in certain scenes. But then again, comparisons are drawn so easily when things like hair-colour and style are the same, not so much the actual facial features.
And yeah, we all end up keeping the same screenshots more often then not.

Having said that, it's completely possible by chance two people make Sheps that look close to exactly alike, and you can hardly blame anyone for it should it happen. We all built our Sheps with the same CC in the end. It's quite a negative offset to bring up plagiarism, and even if true might not even be recieved as an insult but more of a compliment to the original creator of said character. But enough about that.

What are you gonna do mass effect wise from now until March 6? Finish a canon playthrough? Alt playthrough? Play Demo SP? MP? Or gonna wait until Mar6 to brush of the console/PC again?

@CrazyRah, ArcanaLegacy, nranola  -- Thanks for the info on the 6 months to a year after ME2 before ME3 starting. My googlefu had failed me!

RE: the #2 skin complextion -- I was sooo tempted to switch to that one because I liked the weary look, but it changed the lip texture and the loss of freckles (which I don't love one way or another, but it's still a part of her) was enough to make me feel like I was playing a different character. I decided I'd just use that on my other Shepards instead. I'm looking forward to playing my pro-Cerebus gal next, just to see how the fight against Cerebus plays out (or not -- I have no clue what to expect).

@Kyrene -- re: Arrival DLC pros/cons

Pros:
1. Fun shots in the rain (if you love to fraps your Shepard =p)
2. Undercover mission -- It's nice to have Shepard fly solo once in a while, reinforces what a tough bastard she can be.
3. Harbinger conversation -- If you enjoyed the scene in ME1 where Shepard had a conversation with Sovereign on Virmire, then this is a pretty similar experience. It's one thing to fight the Reapers, but having a face to face conversation is a nice change.
4. I recall seeing a couple of renegade interrupts -- if you were still trying to raise your paragon/regenage score after all that, this could be a little oomph. =p

Cons:
1. Can't change course of events. No major decisions to be imported over, afaik.

If you weren't interested in LoSTB for reasons of your own, I would suggest that you may prefer to watch Arrival on youtube instead. I won't buy DLCs any more for the Dragon Age franchise so my curiousity is sated when I just watch them on youtube now.

Arrival really got me pumped up for the start of ME3. I thought she'd be on trial for the events of Arrival, it didn't seem to happen in the demo and a friend told me that he read the trial got cut out for some reason. Bummer.

Arrival is shorter, yes, and predictable. Yes it's somewhat railroaded, but I don't think the railroading is weird. It's not like you could or would choose differently. It's more like a mission that you go on ends up snowballing and you can't stop it. No one could - not even Shepard.

Yes, you have no squad, but that's part of the challenge, which is fun. I didn't mind Hackett's looks, since I loved meeting with him. the dr. tho, wasn't too impressed with. They should have had ELE make one for them.

I guess what I like about it is that ever since the Virmire/Ilos revelations about the Reapers, I felt like Shepard got WAY sidetracked. Council, Alliance, even Cerberus and the Collectors felt like these distractions from getting more intel about the Reapers and how to stop them. And while Arrival doesn't give you a lot, it IS a return to that theme of 'the Reapers are coming.'

I also really loved how it sets up ME3 and the anti-hero undertones that it gives to Shepard's character.

But that is me.

Also, I found it had some awesome screenshot moments.

Ilike the point that you and Ottemis make. But to me LoTSB dlc although not deeper in substance does help put people motivation in perspective ( and maybe understand them ). The inevitability of Arrival rob involved parties of principles or aspirations: it feels like indoctrination is thrown around to avoid diving deeper in what motivates poeple around Shepard, good or bad. While i initially found the Shadow Broker concept ( from a  mysterious group of unknown  to a Yagh ) disapointing, i really did appreciate the fact that his goals or aspirations are not guided by Reaper upgrades, or him being just another  glorified Merc. Apart from Cerberus there has to be more than people opposing Shepard either because they're under Harbinger influence or just bad people. Anyone looking to undermine the council and not realizing the real menace that the Reaper represent could see their coming as an opportunity to strive. Which makes half of the Terminus system eligible.

HOT( but then again I have a thing for redheads so almost all redheads are hot to me)!!! 

I say keep her and tinker with her abit once you get to her playthrough in ME 3...and you know you could always tinker with her in the demo...like I'm doing with my femsheps. 

@sagequeen - well, I'm gonna start trying out the MP tonight...and if it's as fun as everyone else says then I will probadly be doing that...as well as finishing Allison's ME 2 playthrough( do ya'll still want me to post screenies of that? Especially since her look will change come ME 3 full-game release?) and try and get my other 2 alt sheps( 1 male and 1 female) through ME 2( I do have another alt male...but he is gonna be my full blown trilogy run shepard). Outside of that...any time I have left will either be playing SW:TOR or Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

Well kind of offtopic but on since its being talking about it. Seriously guys add me for some ME3 MP gamertag for xbox 360 and ps3 are the same for me GENGENJUMP. I tear **** up seriously as my Krogan soldier or Drell Vanguard. (I seem to be only able to get to the 10th wave on bronze solo before I just get overwhelmed.) Besides that does anyone else notice that Phantoms kind of laugh/cackle?
