Most fantasy/sci-fi/myths/whatever have a hero whose looks are a prime example of his/her gender.  So why should Mass Effect be different?  I don't mean this in a bad way, quite the opposite.  Mass Effect is shaping up to be one of the most fantastic sci-fi video games, if not just sci-fi works, ever.  So just like all the rest, yeah the cast is going to be attractive.

Quick response to this... Mass Effect has had to fill the void left by a lack of space-themed science fiction television. Ever since the cancelation of Stargate Universe about a year ago, there has been nothing -- no great franchise to inspire fans of space and assure us that humanity has a future in space travel. No Star Trek, no Battlestar, no Stargate. They were all dead. However, Mass Effect had risen.

That's what brought me to the franchise, anyway. I stayed because Femshep is magic. :)

Certain Turians private parts are still sore from the damage femshep "noodles" inflicted on them not to mention the headbutted Krogan who's eating dirt right now.

Okay, question time:

As you are about to import your FemShep into Mass Effect 3, are there any decisions that you

a) Worry about the consequences of
and
B) Would have done differently if you had time for another playthrough?

May I point out that LOOKS are entirely a marketing thing? The whole point is you can make shep look however you want. Ask and ye shall recieve about a dozen pics of femsheps that "look like they've been through hell" instead of stepping off a runway.

You can change her face, but her overall build remains the same.  FemShep has a scrawny neck and her arms are like wet noodles for instance, which makes her look less than capable.

Has a scrawny neck and arms like wet noodles and killed an alien species that made big bad space marines wet their pants.

Yes I was really quite unhappy. I think the series could have picked up a lot sooner. It might have kept more viewers if they deleted half of the first season's episodes, seriously.

Thank goodness for Mass Effect. :)

And because I can't post anything without a new picture...

All the time.

I'm still not sure if the decision to let the Council live is what Sarah would do but then i worry about the consequences of changing aswell. I'm right now doing the canon playthrough and i still can't decide if i will rewrite or destroy the heretics.

@Jamie

You're just so damn awesome

UJ: Saving the rachni Queen and rewriting the geth are the only two decisions I would worry about, but I would not undo them. If I were to change anything, I would make her a little less renegade than in my last playthrough.  I like her to have one full block of renegade and currently she's gone over a fair bit.

Well my first play im taking the consequences of my first play of ME2.  So yes I am a little worried now but also really excited, because frankly going into ME3 with a perfect playthrough is frankly boring!!!

Anyway Mordin is dead,  so to is Kelly and the Crew.    I think the latter wont matter, other then some missed banter.  But seeing how important Mordin's role is with the Demo Mission we have all seen I am concerned what may happen.  Although I still have Wrex so that I can only see that as a positive.

She is a total Paragon and yet with the choice of destroying the heretics or saving them I wiped them out.  I dunno, I just never trusted Legion or the Geth and even as a Paragon I still think the smart move was wiping them out, rather then brainwashing them with potential consequences.

Oh and my first play is Default Jane :)

Rachni are question mark. Saving them was either wise or damn stupid thing to do, we'll see about that then.

I agree with Yuqi, better remove the link, lest our thread gets closed because of it.
Also, this is not a Squadmate-Thread, it's the femShep Thread ;)

Dont worry about it,  that was a really interesting picture actually B)   However a lot of people want this thread spoiler free outside of anything femshep related thats all.  Especially as its the femshep thread and not a news thread.

Well up until the launch date that is.  Then we can all go nuts!!

Hmm...consequences, that would be from Rana Thanopts. Most of my femshep let her leave since they don't see her as a threat at the moment,; however, having to see her in totally different place after year will not just a coincidence. May be I'm just simply worry too much

I am pretty sure my canon will not let her go, galaxy is so large that you don't run into someone just like that. Well, Conard is the exception though XD

Haven't been in hell? Who are you talking about mister? We take enemies down right up front!

Honestly you have given her two chances already.  Even Paragon femsheps will now be at the point where they cant let this slip.  Ok shooting her will be a bit much,  but a happy medium is needed.  Like she is involved in something that will send her to jail.   Letting her walk for a third time isnt paragon, its insane!

@ Capt. Crash: your reasoning on the geth is a lot like mine. if machines - they're sucky ones and need to get blown up. if they're people, i'm not about to brainwash them. i'll blow them and their principles up.

^ that's a renegade moment.

To answer own question, I don't regret any "big" decisions (rachni, council, geth, collector base). I (Kyrie) did what I thought was right there, so I'll live with the consequences. For me, it's little things I think I'd choose differently this time around. Most have to do with not pulling persuasion checks. As I played Kyrie, she struck me as very NOT silver-tongued. She's either so cold she comes off awkward or she snaps and says what she's really thinking and that's not much better. So, less persuasions, I think. If I play the whole game again I will likely:

- shoot Grunt rather than talk him down
- let Zaeed die? Seriously considering that one. Can't stand the guy.
- snap at Kaidan/Joker at the very start of ME1
- use more renegade lines in general
- NOT show that her gun is bigger. I tend not to take renegade interrupts just because when she gets pissed, she just gets cold and glares.
- refuse interview with al Jilani in ME1

and perhaps tell Kasumi to toss the greybox. <--that was my gut instinct, and one I didn't go with. so, gonna see if that has any whatsoever.

i think that will still put me at 100% paragon, 40% renegade

Maybe the rachni queen. I thought letting her go was a good idea. I'm not so sure now.
If I had time for another playthrough I'd try a complete renegade playthrough.
