@Kyrene, Filmgrain is set to true in Coalesced.bin by default. They don't have it in ME3 any more. One thing about minshadowresolution... Actually upping it from the default will disable some shadows. The only thing that matters is the maxshadowresolution.
MaxWholeSceneDominantShadowResolution=1334 (try changing to something bigger, I use 2048)
bEnableForegroundSelfShadowing=False (try setting it to True)
I'm unsure if those will do anything but it's worth to check it out (testing at the moment). Also I'm almost certain that no other than variables under [SystemSettings] can be changed via the GamerSettings.ini so
[D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice], [Engine.Engine] and [Engine.GameEngine] settings would have to be changed in Coalesced.ini. Also MaxSmoothedFrameRate and bSmoothFrameRate will work and actually should be under [SystemSettings].
Like filmgrain, AmbientOcclusion variable is set to true but it doesn't do anything. I assume that this game doesn't support in game multisampling even though there is variable for it too.
