Speaking of Earth locations...
I don't think it'll happen, despite its relative importance in ME lore (first exposure to dust-form element zero resulting in first human biotics, etc.), but I'd love it if you wound up in Singapore at some point in the game. Oh man, the memories Jessica would have to deal with... she'd be impossible. She'd be cold and distant and a royal b*tch queen the entire time, even to her crew. Even to Liara. Of course, Liara would understand, what with all the "Embrace Eternity and see what's inside your mind" thing.
If they're Earthborn, where are your femSheps from, and how does that influence their characters and backstories?
My renegade alt is from Phoenix. That city has hot urban deserts inside of it and they're heartbreaking. Nora helped Finch, because she has a sense of loyalty to whoever is 'in' with her. She views the world in terms of packs of wolves - if you're with hers, you're safe. If you're in someone else's, you're fair game. If you're against hers, you die.

For my NON-earthborns, it's odd, I'll confess. I think Kyrie had a TON of sympathy for the colonists in ME2. But in ME3, while she's horrified, it's with a strange sense of detachment for earth the PLACE. She's going to see Mindoir written everywhere, but she's not quite as tied to homeworlds, since the idea of resilience and "making do" are so deeply a part of her values. She encouraged the quarians to rebuild, for example. She sympathizes with the plight of the displaced, but only so far as picking up and moving on. In her head, the universe is a big place, and not making a space for yourself when given the chance is silly and somewhat selfish. It's one of her less kind traits.
