How well do you think you'll be able to keep your Femshep who she is, with the drastically cut down dialogue choice?

The rpg and story modes give you access to the full dialogue options. So nothing has really changed - only action mode has been cut...

Louise Shepard, my main character in ME2. I wonder how she will look in ME3...

Unfortunately, that's not true.  All evidence is that even on RPG and Story mode, dialogue choices are more like a once per conversation thing at best.

Hey, just found this on the EA faq page. So glad I finally found confirmation on the ability to alter imported shep's.

That doesn't seem to be the case based on what i've seen online in streams. :crying:

Garrus:  :ph34r:

most likely some built in  HUD motion sensor in the helmet.

is it possible that what you were viewing is in fact action mode? ( or possibly incomplete versions of the game)
The story seems to be more straightfoward, maybe resulting in less options...but i understand your concern; as long as i don't feel like the choices are taken away from me, i'm fine. I hope it won't affect the quality of story telling in general.

Garrus (to the cerberus trooper): you might wanna hold on to that grip, it's there for a reason.Posted Image

I'm sorry for being so blunt, but I call B.S.

I don't think he's allowed to, SaturnRing.
A bit of google-fu told me that he's a reviewer for Eurogamer.de and I doubt that he is even allowed to leak anything to the public lest he lose his job.

Apart from game-reviews obviously.

I am curious on what you guys think about the whole issue with ME1-ME2 to ME3 face import problem (this is mainly a concern for 360 peeps) that is going on right now? Alot of people are praying that the day 1 patch will cover this but we don't know for sure if it will or will not. I myself am not to worried about since I can either do A. Rationalize that Serenity Shepard has changed a bit over time or B. I can go through some hoops to actually get a face code from my ME1 Shepard with the online tools that people have suggested using. (ME2 save editor and what not)

Also like to mention that most of these streams are technically illegal streams.

@SaturnRing
No Problem, I wanted to know myself how he can say that with the certainty that his post suggested, and when I found what I found, I let loose of the pursuit because I probably would have wound up at a review for ME3 which I have no ambition to read xD

Nothing against reviewers or anything, but I just don't want to spoil anything for me or others, and frankly I wasn't really worried in the first place.

@Genshie
That's another thing that I don't understand... far as I heard it you now have to input your BSN credentials even on consoles now, and EA/BioWare probably know very well who has a pre-release copy at this exact moment.
Makes you wonder if they have already swung, or soon will be swinging the proverbial Ban-Hammer on a few people.

I hear you; besides i don't think we should have any worries about dialogues; they've been at the foundation of ME story telling - i don't see them being drastically reduced any time soon.

@Genshie: i suspected that much too; i think you're totally right about that.

@Daggerville: Louise is simply beautiful. I do too hope that she'll transfer ok.
