What I did:
1. Downloaded the Coalesced Editor from: http://wenchy.net/me...lesced-utility/
2. Followed the tutorial link above to add in the following lines (screenshot will show you exactly where):
( Name="NumPadOne", Command="PlayersOnly" )
( Name="NumPadTwo", Command="ToggleFlyCam" )
( Name="NumPadThree", Command="ShowHud | show scaleform" )
3. Dropped the saved file in the ME3 directory (tutorial says where exactly). Be sure to back up a copy of the original coalesced file.
I looked up the file that we used from the demo for comparison and confirmed the commands are exactly the same. Num Pad 1 is to freeze the game, 2 toggles the fly cam, and 3 hides the HUD overlay.
tl;dr -- Can download a copy of the file I edited until someone puts out a better one. Use at own risk because I don't know if Bioware will ban anyone that uses tweaked files. Put your original coalesced file back in if you're going to do multiplayer, to be safe.

just remember to set Origin to "Offline-Mode" to be on the safe side.
Be aware though that if you play in Offline-Mode that your galactic readiness will show only 50% again, it will revert to its previous state once you stop playing with the modded coalesced.bin and go online again.
(Playing MP with a modded coalesced.bin is in my view decidedly too dangerous)

Anyone? Yeah, I don't think so.
Give me a way to save him somehow, and maybe I'll feel some hope.
If that is indeed true, then Bioware really did pull a d*ck move and I'm still angry with them.

The sure have many things to explain. Like running/fleeing and teleporting squad mates and LI's in addition to how they handled many ME2 LI's...Aislinn Trista wrote...

This is starting to feel rather surreal.

Always thought for some reason that Shepard was under a slow process of indoctrination, and that process manifests itself differently from a person to another; i think that somehow the beacons and the cypher play a role in distorting/resisting it. Saren was under reaper influence before using the beacons and the cypher; and then shows some signs of hesitation after being exposed to both. Had to be implanted with more reaper tech to strenghen his resolve. I hope i'm wrong though - indoctrination would be unfit for someone like Shep.JamieCOTC wrote...

Is it confirmed that this kind of editing of Coalesced.ini will get flagged as cheating? I took a peek into the Multiplayer forum and Scylla Costa (Bioware) suggests that they detect cheaters by monitoring server logs for suspicious activity, rather than by checking game file integrity.
I'd really like to modify my Everything button into separate functions, as well as trying to enable all of my favorite FlyCam and FOV controls, but I'd really hate to get accidentally banned for doing so.

Yeah....
Yeah, I don't have an answer to that.
Throughout Thane plot, I kept thinking, 'this is fine for thane-friends, but this is either way different or full of SUCK for the thanemancers.'

@yuki -- I haven't played my Garrus romance yet, but the whole time on my main, I'm thinking JFC, Garrus, you rock. I can pick all the renegade tough talk lines and he still "gets" Shepard. I really appreciated all his moments of "You OK? Things got hairy there. You had tough calls to make. Talk to me."

I wouldn't mod the FOV and use the modded coalesced.bin in Multiplayer, that just might get you banned.Interactive Civilian wrote...

If you want to use a modded file, then set Origin to offline mode, EA can't track what you are doing with your game then, just remember to copy back the original file after you stop playing with the modded one and plan to start an MP Session.

Well, any FOV commands are solely for use with FlyCam, not for gameplay (though I don't like the current tunnel vision FOV). If the previous games are any indication, then playing with a different FOV than default can muck up the camera shots during cut scenes.silverhammer08 wrote...

Has anyone actually been banned for playing with a modified Coalesced? If so, has anyone actually been banned for playing with a modified coalesced that doesn't have modifications that might normally be considered cheats (e.g. making instakill weapons, changing experience rewards, etc)?

Well I do remember reading a tweet from someone at BW that sounded like there's a chance that the squadmates you had with you aren't dead regardless of your ending but as with anything they're saying right now it was vague at best.
