Thank you but I don't give out her facecode anymore. There were a few people who had gotten it when I first made her. But then she became my main and I started using her for art/fanfic/crap load of SS. So I don't give out the code anymore. What I will do is point you to the Mass Effect Faces Database. There is a lot of really nice Shepards there. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for you can use a face as a starting base and change her from there. I will also point out this Shepard. The code isn't the same, but she is close.tangodoodles wrote...
I love your FemShep, can you post the code you used?
@Sage,
I felt the same way about the 'choices' (if you can call it that) none of them would sit right with me. They all end the same way, bleak. Horribly, horribly bleak. Even if you get the Breathe ending with Destroy. I was thinking about it this morning. Without the Relays there is no good way to traverse the stars. Sure they might still have FTL but that can only get you so far. And people won't suddenly forget how to make technology, but knowing how to make it and being able to make it are two different things. I'm sure while some colonies are mostly self sufficient, others probably relied heavily on exported goods to make even the basic of things. Food, medicine, etc. Now they are cut off from those resources, meaning they will be cut off from even the most basic of needs.
Some planets like Earth, Elysium, and Shanxi might be able to survive will minium hit to their technology. But secondary planets might lose hundreds of years for technology, easily dropping back to the technically level we are living in right now. Worse yet, the smaller colonies if they don't end up completely dying off because of lack of food, disease, natural disasters, etc can very easily go to a primitive lifestyle. I'm talking sticks and stones, hunter, gather, type crap.
Here is the kicker for me: recall Jacob's loyalty mission in ME2? Where you go to Aeia and find the survivors of the Hugo Gernsbacks living in makeshift camps? Expect that for the Normandy crew. Probably with a little less neural decay and sex slave stuff but the same set up. Trap on a planet with nothing. Thanks for that ME3... I think I would have prefered them all the die in a blaze of glory or ANYTHING other than that. The Normandy is the Swiss family Robinson.
So bleak, grim, horrifying, cruel, hopeless.

In other words: I too jaded to completely believe in this better ending DLC theory. But dear god PLEASE don't let it end like this.

bah, you know what? I'm sick of this speculation on the ending and app crap and such.
i am going to go write stuff and maybe play MP or maybe even the SP again. until there is official word about anything at all, i'm going to attempt to avoid contributing to the confusion or fan whining. i liked my ending okay. i could certainly hope for a LOT more, but there it is.
if my ending is the end, i'll sigh in mourning for the passing of a series and probably move on from ME. if it's not the end, i'm ready to keep fighting.

I humbly disagree, if you pick blue there are some nice things to come out the ending

Also after going through the epilogue again, it states the the facts of what actually happened have been lost over the years. The only consistencies are the Reapers are defeated, the Mass Relays are destroyed and our loved ones are safe. Looking back to Mordin's talk on limitations in ME2, destroying the Reapers removes their influence from organics. And as Matriarch Aethyta said in ME2, they need to build their own relays and not rely on tech of an ancient dead race. Include what Sovereign said so long ago, that organics evolved on a path they chose, then the destruction of the mass relays makes sense. Yes, it's sad even tragic, but destroying the mass relays enables the galaxy to evolve on its own terms. It gives the galaxy a fresh start, which is symbolized by the Normandy crew crash landing on an "Eden" type planet.
Another thing to consider is that Shepard could be both on the ground in London and actively affecting the crucible at the same time. "There is a realm of existence so far beyond your own you cannot even imagine it." In other words, the end is a battle of wills between Shepard and the Reapers. That might be a stretch, I don't know.
In any event and to get things back on topic I made UJ choose synthesis in my first playthrough as I'm a big fan of Cyberpunk. But her character, as much as she is both a solider and a diplomat and prays for peace, would not force a bond on the galaxy. Unfortunately, I didn't do MP and she didn't have enough EMS to survive. She missed it by 500 points. I'm doing a NG+ as I always do just to refine her character through decisions and dialogue options. I'll see if I missed something. If she does ultimately die, I'm fine w/ that in the context of the story. But I will miss her deeply.

edit: Now to play Sarah McLachlan "Angel" because I'm just not depressed enough.

But i thought it would be dual function instead of just grenade launcher; that makes the Valerie Kyrie...huh i meant the valkyrie(i wish it had the falcon's barrel - or the falcon had it's stock) and the avenger, still, my favorite

Synthesis: forcing change on everyone (though, they don't seem to mind it going from the video of the Normandy crash landing...but Shepard doesn't know the result of it)
Destroy: genocide of Geth and other AI (EDI). Though, this depends on what you think of AI and 'life'.
Control: I guess you can do 'good' with the Reapers, but will Shepard be in control forever? Will she become corrupt somehow? Will the cycle of harvesting still be necessary so Reaper!Shep will be forced to commit mass genocide?
I picked the green ending, btw. Lesser bad of three bads, IMO.

If you're interested you can also bump your Galactic Readiness with that datapad app. It's free and it's pretty fast to bump GR with it, since it's less of a mini-game and more about "Click to deploy troops and gain GR". Plus it's actually really neat to get messages from your squadmates and the people you meet as you go through your game. I was rather impressed by the way it kept up with my progress. Right after Conrad's mission I got a message from him, right after the romance scene with Garrus I got a sweet little message, etc.

And I second the datapad app if you are able to get it on your phone. I do have the infiltrator app, but the game exhausts me as I have to repeatedly kill npcs and try to pick up the random intel they drop. (Only intel can be redeemed for EMS points.) Infiltrator just feels like a lot of freaking work, especially if you've already beaten it, but the datapad is more like a facebook app where you check in, deploy troops for 1 hour, 3 hours, or 6 hours. It tells you exactly how much % it'll add to your overall EMS. I just check when time's up, redeploy the troops and forget about it. My EMS has been slowly increasing as a result. I like this a whole lot better than infiltrator.
Funny thing -- I just got through the fist fight with James and replayed it a couple of times to see what happened if I allowed him to call Shepard "Lola." I ended up getting two emails from him. One said:
(No nicknames.)
"Thanks for checking up on the grunts, Commander. Lemme know if you ever want a rematch."
(Call me Lola.)
"Hey, Lola, thanks for the practice. Lemme know if you ever want a rematch."

ESPERANZA SHEPARD, QUEEN OF THE REAPERS. Or possibly the new Citadel. Possibly both. *cough* Sorry, I keep annoying my boyfriend with that. He went for Destroy. If the end is THE END, I like the possibilities of control. And if not, I can always go back and replay it. Mass Effect 3 (and 1, and 2) is a good enough game so that the thought of replaying it, or a couple hours of it, is not exactly horrific.

Not as such, though I ran with that default face (with different hair, changed the eye colour) for all three games. In Mass Effect 3, it turned out like this:goodventure wrote...

... thanks, but I'd like clarification: I know she's not "available" in ME3 because they made a new default FemShep. Are you saying ME1 Default FemShep can't be imported into 3 because of the import bug? I was under the impression that default faces passed the check and could be imported, but if all Sheps in ME1 can't, that's really bad...Tup3xi wrote...
