When I was working on a bio for Molavetia my femshep, I used Motoko Kusanagi mostly from Ghost in the Shell as the background, half cybernetic/organic tissue etc, was a soilder at one point [in ME1 with a knack for electronics/decryption, not into relationships so much, more about fling fun[not all the time but whenever she wants time for it]. Then with all the upgrades, implants, and actual cloaking ability in ME2 as well as being brought back to life, made a nice set up into becoming an infiltrator.
As for physical looks I wanted her to look a mix between Angelina Jolie/Acid Burn in Hackers the movie & Motoko. Everything is easy [short/mid-long black hair can be hard to chooseas well but rest easy] except the lipstick, I have a really hard time choosing especially now that I figured out how to mod if she should wear any at all. [Didn't in ME1 & 2] However that's because she settled into military habbit.[just eye shadow no blush or lipstick]. Returning to earth however and all this free time thought I would give her a change don't know which one is fitting though.

Red+black stripe matches the earthborn/ruthless background she has. She
was more paragade in ME1 but over time with nobody believing in
her[council, most races & military & few friends] she's become
more renegade or renegon. Also being best friends with Kasumi played
some part in this.
Normal just a little eye shadow & blush follows military more
Light pink lipstick, feels like it follows the characters my femshep is based off of.
I like this hairstyle because it feels under used I guess? Also I like to think it keeps her hair short but it hints it could be long or at least medium short. Now for sleep!
