A little OT, but I'll just put this here. 

In the "Final Hours of Mass Effect3" app, it reveals that Shepard was indeed supposed to battle Reaper indoctrination and Shepard's movements would have been taken out of the control of the player. However, this was dropped as the "gameplay mechanic proved too troublesome to implement alongside dialogue choices." It's safe to assume there are remnants of that plot woven through ME3 and is the reason that theory is so seductive. Toward the end of the app Mac Walters’s private notes on the end are shown. Several themes are suggested including “destroy life - create life,”  “Brave New World,” and the endings feel like “Brave New World + the end of the Matrix.”  However, at the bottom of the page Mac has written, “Speculation from everyone,” suggesting that the ending is to be left up to the interpretation of the player.
 
The app can be found here and is actually pretty cool if you are a hardcore ME fan.  It does read like a love letter to Casey Hudson at times, but overall it tells a compelling story and shows just how hard the people at BW worked on ME3.

Ash: Stop right there.

That's why I said you could look at it that way. That's just how I interpret it.

Honestly, your responce is more inappropriate than what she said or might have suggestedly claimed.
As such, I'd honestly just drop the matter, because you're making an elephant out of a mosquito (as they say here).

That's crap. Sorry, but you don't end a work of sci-fi realism & 5 years worth of lore and codex entries with 'Whatever you want to believe about it is up to you.' If this is true, I am disappoint. 

And brave new world, yeah, that's fine, because pretty much everyone in that book is a jack@ss, including the 'hero' john savage. when it all goes to hell, i go 'huh, that's a dystopian view of the future' - thank god that's not actually the world we live in. but you do that to shepard and i'm thinking, what? grrr.... <_<

more and more, i keep thinking, one may have a good artistic vision, but you need to know your audience. and with this ending mess, i think were you really writing for the critics and the press reviews? because you really fumbled your ending if you were trying to write this for the fans. and that just makes me think perhaps the hardcore fans weren't the audience after all.

[@Ottemis I agree, it looked a bit extreme for the makeup but when is femshep not extreme xD I had such a hard time choosing though. I will try to get more pics of her with modded version later only had a very few because I was just creating her over and over again trying to get things right, so very few photos to take that would be good early on. For now I got pixie cut version, and another of the other hairstyle.]
I thought this haricut matched the Hackers movie 'Acid Burn' character played by Angelina Jolie, better.

Aww thanks! She's an Infiltrator and she was posted a few times in the past week, but we know how the boards can get. Probably got lost among the lovely femsheps. Not that she's complaining now.

I understand how you feel. I believe that Holly Shepard slowly faded away in ME3, replaced by too much auto-dialogue and the huge amount of scenes left completely out of my control.

The crappy way they handled her romance and the weirdo endings were just nails in the coffin. I honestly feel like I'm mourning her right now. This all essentially ruined the entire experience for me. My attempts to play ME3 with other FemSheps has failed.

I went back and played some ME2 last night and it actually made me feel happy. It felt like MY Shepard again, with all the awesome allies I've come to adore.

Maybe I'll get over it, maybe I won't. As it stands I'd like to think she died there, sitting next to Anderson and finally took that journey across the sea.  The Crucible fired and the Reapers were obliterated.

It's pretty much the only way I can find peace in it.

Yes she has a custom texture. This one to be precise. Made for me by the lovely Ottemis.

Thanks again to Jamie and Tup. I now have the flycam up and running. The titled screenshot doesn't work for me though as it crashes the game when I hit the key.

I too have decided the end part of the game didn't happen. Hrist hit the switch to fire the crucible and destroy the reapers, collapsed, and then somehow woke up in the rubble back in London, with Liara stood over her.

I think the auto-dialog was a bit of a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it so often fit my head-canon of what my shep would say, it sort of made me squee from time to time with delight. But then, I was like, but this only fits *her*. I simply cannot imagine how this will play for the few alts I started, because this is just too kindly for Nora, too hot-headed for Lily, etc. It really felt like it assumed a MUCH narrower 'swath' of Shepards, if you will. It feels like the spectrum of Shepard has been narrowing down progressively in each game. I feel like Kyrie made it through the gauntlet, which made me happy, but then I also feel like a lot of Shepards got cut down in that gauntlet, or horribly mauled, and that makes me sad.

Huh. I think that metaphor just went somewhere terrible.

^ The invisible hair issue is kind of a pain, but nothing can be done. It has something to do with the hair's transparent textures and the transparent texture of the mist/smoke/Protheanfarts in that room. I don't know enough to say exactly what it is, but it happens in a lot of games where there's transparency inside more transparency.

The only time I really noticed it a lot is when you talk to Javik by his monitor. It always happens there and they are quite long convos so it can get annoying.

Yeah, it's a shame since the lighting in that room is kinda flattering. Someone needs to vent it, or stop storing dry ice there...
