I shouldn't be getting involved at all, because saying anything about this subject from any angle will never end well. It was a misplaced comment in the thread, but afterwards picked up in a multitude of ways by people it wasen't actually intended.

This comment however made me personally spring to action. AD calls DJ on a problem he's had with him, being frustrated he does it somewhere he shouldn't have.
Everybody picking up on this is logical as it was not a good idea to bring it up in the open, and people's misinterpretations of what's been said diverge to be far from what he said, or rather meant to. This is not an excuse, it's an observation.

Whatever you all might think of Adam or DJ, this was a personal remark and as such a personal issue between them. The ONLY responce to this should have been to direct them to PM.
NOT to take it as an excuse to rail on either one for whatever reason you thought justified that.

Having said that, I'd suggest to move further commentary to either my responce or AD or whoever's dog to PM.

@Sage: I totally feel you. Focusing on weaponry helps me cope with the ending




@Tup: that's the main reason i'm only using black for hair color. Brown has sometimes reflections too pronounced on the red side. It does look good though. Specially under a sunset light. But that's not the effect i'm looking for...

Yeah same here. If I'm bummed about anything, it's that Shepard's in it, period. Shepard is already personal to a lot of people. I would have liked another story in the Mass Effect Universe.

Agreed. Still want to see the rachni wars =P But then I reckon if you center it too much around the aliens, it poses an issue with the medium unless you go into CGI mayorly.

Yes, I keep getting myself derailed with the endings stuff. Apologies to all. It is completely eating at the back of my mind, because musing over ideas and literature is sort of what I *do*. In the past, discussing the plot of ME1 and 2 and how well they are working/not working for us and our Shepards has been at least tangentially accepted. And since I like the folks here and find discussing stuff with you all is interesting, I keep falling into talking about endings here.

But I'm seeing that the ending of ME3 is polarizing people, so I shall stop. Instead, I'll drop off fanfic and/or pictures of Kyrie at a later date.

Okay, first of all. Don't censor your thoughts about the ending, I love reading your musings. Also, I'd rather have a place on the forum where I could discuss my opinion freely, a place that isn't a troll-fest. AKA the FemShep thread.

So, yeah. Don't censor, cause I know I won't.

As for the AD/DJ issue. I agree with what Ottemis said.

Also, excuse me, but nobody here has the right to tell someone to leave the thread. If a certain individual is being disruptive, take it to the mods, don't act like you own the place.

Now, moving on to the ending discussion, here're my 2 cents:

As much as I liked ME2, and I did a lot. After playing ME3, I came to the same conclusion which DJ and Sage came to. Yeah, I felt that ME2 cornered us in the position we were on right now with the war and the ending...etc.

Does that mean I hate ME2 now? Not at all, as DJ said, it had a cast of wonderful characters, gave me tons of fun, tIMMy boy wasn't half bad either. And from a story related perspective, it's rather nice (in a very horribly depressing way) to see that Shepard was doomed to fail all along, one way or another...but yet she managed to keep going. Fighting against all odds...etc. I just wish -now- that things were different, and who knows...maybe they will be with the ending DLC that might...or might not be released.

That doesn't mean that I still don't feel like Sh*t, with a capital S, about the ending. It's depressing really...

@Primalrose, now I'm not even remotely depressed. Game-based movies have a tendency to suck. Mass effect movie is gonna suck royally cause they'll never manage to match the awesomeness on the big screen. And even if the movie was with FemShep, it's still not my FemShep.

Black is indeed pretty safe colour. As a side note, I have to say that Avenger in probably my favourite assault rifle. Sound, kick back, accuracy, power and everything else just blends together nicely.

I've kept testing different rifles but in the end, nothing beats good old Avenger. "Probably"... Not just probably, but it actually is without buts and ifs. Incendiary ammo is definitely my favourite ammo power, too bad that only soldier and vanguard has it. Hmm. Maybe I should do something about that in the future.

If there's a Shepard in the movie, it won't be something I'd watch.  I'd much rather have seen a movie about the First Contact war than something that focuses on a character who is different for every person that plays the game.

Not in the slightest. Actually having Shepard in it at all (male or female), makes me uninterested in it. There's plenty of material in the ME universe to work with, I see no real reason to step on the toes of the games.

Is it just me or does anyone actually really want to see a shepard vs shepard fight now  Could totally see it happening with some sort of reaper indoctrination mind trick where they make shepard fight him/herself, maybe throw dialogue back at yourself about you're past actions or something. I feel like this would be way fun if you're Shepard was biotic to, imagine all those blue explosions :devil::devil:

Makes sense, why couldnt they follow another set of characters instead of Shepard and 'our' Squad.
