Jennifer 'Jen to friends' Shepard
Shameless paragon, Earthborn, war hero, soldier.
No real influences other than being named after her wonderful VA. I wanted her to look somewhat plain and everyday, but at the same time there is something extraordinary about her. I guess her yellow armour is in homage to all my favourite Star Wars thing (Bastila's lightsaber, N1 starfighter...).





Things that tick her off:
-Xenophobes
- Being glorified by the media
- Umm struggling, she is quite chilled. She doesn't like talking about her childhood but thats more because its painful than annoying...I guess I'll go for UDINA!


Also got two more Shepards at various stages.
Famke Shepard, Ruthless, Earthborn, Soldier. Has the general attitude of Xenia Onatopp from GoldenEye

Lisbeth Shepard, Sole Survivor, Colonist, Soldier. Is waiting patiently for ME3 and a certain someone and isn't really inspired by anyone.

Psychological Profile: Earthborn/Sole Survivor

Alignment: paragade? They're pretty even throughout the entire game, but at the end of the game paragon is always a wee bit higher.

Influences: None really, all I had in mind when I started her was "paragon for big decisions, renegade dialogue options" and her personality just developed from there as I played and came up with the reasoning behind what she was doing.

What ticks her off: Messing with her crew is a big no-no. When people try to force themselves and/or their opinions on others. T.I.M. never fails to tick Erin off when he withholds information about a mission, she's already committed to going along with him at the moment so not telling her everything does nothing but put her team at greater risk than necessary. That goes with 'not messing with her crew' and 'telling/trying to manipulate her to do something she was already planning on doing' which is obviously another one. Also, when people try to play the 'woe is me' card or on the flip side, if something has happened that could cause a 'woe is me' card and they act like they're over it when they are clearly not ticks her off... if that last one makes any sense.

My main FemShep, and perhaps favorite, is Renee. She's a Paragon Spacer/War Hero Infiltrator.

Major influences:
1. VADM John Bulkeley. After being awarded the Medal of Honor for rescuing MacArthur, he worked his way up. About the time he retired, I've heard, he would search out the nastiest part of the ship for inspections. And he never went to Congress to whine about the Navy, unlike certain other fossil Admirals.
2. Honor Harrington. The nose came from her, as does the characterization as a multigeneration spacer.
3. My not quite girlfriend. She's a natural redhead who is one of the more virtuous people I know.

Excellent! So happy to see that's coming across. Haven't seen every McQueen film, but the ones I have always make me think, "Yep, that's my femshep as a man." Hella stubborn like in Great Escape; cold and efficient like in Bullitt; quirky, yet deadly like in The Magnificent Seven - and always half crazy.

Hmm... I play my shep as having a short fuse, but being hyper-aware of that, so she tends to go to the other extreme and play it cool. If she looks quiet-angry, watchout.

Influence... I guess that's me. We have similar characters. My game protagonists usually don't have any outside influence. Only my own. The same goes for Shepard.

Jane really dislikes rude people and people who hate and harm animals.
If someone betrays her, this person is her friend no longer.
Jane hates when someone tells her what to do or gives her advices she doesn't need.

Now that I think about it, all of my femsheps are Paragon. 2 engineer of the same name (1 normal and 1 insanity difficulty), infiltrator, adept and sentinel. My male soldier is paragon but my male vanguard is my only renegon. I tend to gravitate to the more "heroic" and "honorable" characters in rpg games. ME is one of the few where I gave a remotely "evil/renegade" play through a go. All my Fallout characters (all female) are "good" and the same goes for Skyrim and other rpg like KOTOR, TOR, Jade Empire, etc. There are sandbox games like Saints Row II & III where playing "good" is practically impossible but that game is more looney toons than anything.

What ticks her off:
Pushy romanceable members of the crew (I'm afraid I'll unlock the "Alone forever" badge anytime now)
Anyone messing with mah crew will bite the dust!
TIM, batarians and evil asari (I'll get ya, just wait and see)
Imposing guys with dumb plots, like Verner or Harkin.
Crew members ALWAYS answering the same thing (calibrations, we're up and good ... you get the idea)
Khalisah Al Jilani and Udina

On the other hand, I get along just really well with easy going people, like Joker or Chakwas, and with no-nonsense ones like Aria or Wrex
