That Cerberus armour is pretty big paradox if you ask me. Mmmm... Biotic students for example must have had hard time dealing with that. O_o

Hahaha, that one was great. I fully enjoyed that mission. Jack didn't survive the suicide mission because she was so anti-Cerberus. So it was a surprise to see how the kids fumbled around without her to guide them. David was not there either because I let Cerberus keep him so I found this encounter to be especially nice (with her Cerberus uniform on):

Shepard: I'm Commandar Shepard with the Alliance. I'm here to help.
Octavia: I didn't buy it from the last guy, and I've got no reason to buy it now. This is a multicore shield prototype based on cyclonic barrier tech. It'll hold off your guns for hours.
Choose between [Contact Kahlee Sanders] or [Destroy the shield]. (Picked the latter)
Shepard: *Looks at Javik* Care to do the honors?
Javik: This is beneath me. *disperses the shields*
Shepard: Nice shield. Maybe the Alliance can use it ... with a few tweaks. The biotic students are up there. Stay close. They'll get you out of there.
Octavia: Okay. Uh, thanks.

One nice touch they added to acknowledge the lack of Jack in my game was that I found Javik in her quarters afterwards "exploring" the ship. He sensed her pain and how she never got her revenge against Cerberus. That was nice. Makes me wonder what he has to say about the others who have died in the SM.

Edit1: Oh, btw, total waste to turn David over to Cerberus in Overlord. I didn't get anything out of it. I ran into Dr. Archer and found out that he chose to end David's misery, but oh, look, we did get some intel on the geth, lemme update your omnitool. I never got a war assets update or anything like that.

@krayzi -- Really? That's so weird. My Shepard was telling him he was like a brother to her. He never mentioned romance and even poked fun at himself because people thought he was annoying for having too much integrity. =p

I hear ya. I finally imported my game where I had romanced Jacob and got to the scene where he broke up with her. It's one thing to see it on youtube, but another to watch it unfold before you. I didn't realize that Joker would make a comment about that so that was a nice surprise. What struck me as odd was it really did seem like they went, "Oh, man, Jacob's a love interest, isn't he? We've already finished his mission though. Well, I guess we can move some lines around to acknowlege it." That's exactly how weird it was. "YOU STOLE MY MAN-- oh, hey, let's get everyone off this station, thanks for saving my butt and helping me onto the ship, Brynne, I sure could use your help with the reapers!" The whole thing was just lame. I'm biding my time because I cannot wait to hear their explanation for Jacob and why they went down that road.

I had a bunch of destructive choices in that game (because it was brand new in ME2 so everyone from ME1 was dead by default like Wrex and rachni queen) which meant I was going to be able to see new content if I imported her. I RPed her as being abandoned by the Alliance in ME2 which is why she went full on pro-Cerberus. Now she's dumped by both Cerberus and Jacob, lol. I have her wearing the Cerberus unifom though. I love the irony of her showing up in Cerberus bases saying "you can trust me." =D

Just FYI, it's probably the way I played this game, but after I got dumped by Jacob, I got an invitation by Kaidan and Liara to see them on the Citadel, but neither of them offer me the chance to start a new romance with them. Dunno why. With Kaidan, I had been taking all the renegade lines all along just to see what he had to say and he barely survived the showdown with Udina so I get why he would shut down. Liara, I'm not as sure about, I was nice to her. *shrug* Traynor was receptive, of course. I've always liked Traynor from the first game so I'm happy to romance her and see where it goes.

Her being burned by both sides definitely makes the control ending more appealing. SHE IS A GOD AMONG REAPERS. =D

No fury like a woman scorned! =p

I wish there were a little more diversity into how npc respond to Shepard - some more receptive to a renegade Shep(a litttle like Jack or Grunt in ME2; while others would be more opened to a paragon Shep(Liara or Kaidan).

Yeah, it kinda bugged me. I mean it's fine if Shepard is single but it would've been nice if he'd acknowledged that she is in a relationship. I don't remember the dialogue well but for me it sounded like "I love you. Now love me back!"

Oh and I see you took the "renegade" option with Liara there. Do you remember what she said about Shepard after that?

Well, it seems like Javik says the same thing even if she's alive (explores the ship and talks about Jack in her old quarters). Can't remember the exact words he said, though. By the way, I always picked the option to allow Liara say what she want.

Randomness...

Just finished my second playthrough this afternoon. Going to wait until the fabled "extended cut" before I put my canon through the game, but I played through with my second favorite Shepard, Haruka, who is also my first female renegon.

Posted Image

She's a Ruthless Spacer Engineer. She stayed single through all three games. Wanted James to be her LI in ME:3 but we didnt get the option (Why Bioware, WHYYYYYYY! Posted Image) Tried to hit on Traynor but was kinda renegadey and all she wanted to do was play chess when she came up to the cabin. Kaidan friend-zoned her, and had no interest whatsoever in Allers. So she was forever alone. (Was kinda sad seeing her wake up after that nightmare alone though Posted Image )

Oh, and in the aftermath of Thessia, i completely blew up at Joker after he made that joke, told him I didnt want his help, hes my pilot, nothing else etc etc.

I Didn't know Joker actually got mad with Shepard until I talked with him before priority: earth. Soon as I realised he was that hurt I just begged for his forgiveness

"Ah Joker im SORRRRRRRYYYYY! Posted Image"

it was weird to hear her call him Jeff during her apology, but also kind of nice

She chose the destroy ending (And got the breathing teaser)

@Saturn -- I know exactly what you mean. I thought being renegade with Jack was the one of the most rewarding relationships because Jack responded very well to being pushed back and called on her BS.

@krayzi -- Sure thing.

[Make me inspiring.] Shepard: "You should describe how hard I fought to get here. Say that the Reapers can be hurt ... that I gathered up a whole galaxy to do just that."
Liara: "I like that. Any civilization that comes after us will still need heroes. Even ancient, alien ones."
Shepard: "You're going to make me sound like something out of a legend?"
Liara: "I can't help myself. You're a good friend, Shepard."

@Tup -- Really? Interesting. I never got to hear that from him when she was alive. Maybe he needed to be in my group for the mission? I'll have to load up older saves on my other game and see if I can recreate this.

Thanks for telling...I thought that this option would be more renegade. Don't know how to describe it, seems like BW did tone the renegade options down though...

Bolded: I didn't get that conversation either with Jack alive...

Javik wasn't on my squad. He went exploring after the rescue mission (and did talk about Jack).

@ELE08
It didn't import correctly in my case either (mouth was all wrong). It also seems that some things (offsetbones) are slightly different in ME3 probably to avoid (eye)clipping for example and some other things. Though, it's hard to say whether or not ME2 things look right in ME3 due to changes they made. In any case I'm fine how my Shepard look now.

@krayzi -- Not a problem. I'm a nerd for exploring all the ways the game can branch out in dialogue and scenes. I often take screenshots of different lines so I can compare. Of the three characters I've imported, I've had a loyal Tali, non-loyal Tali, and exiled Tali and her conversations upon meeting Shepard on the Normandy have all differed. I was reading on a different board about how this guy found EDI interesting because he discouraged the romance between her and Joker. He got to watch her arrive at self-realization and assessment that humans were worth fighting for completely independent of doing it for Joker. I would have been too caught up in feeling bad for telling EDI she was out of her element to realize that I would have gained a different thought process from her so I'm happy that someone else pointed it out.

I'm a bit like you too, although I never could bring myself to play a full renegade Shepard...I always feel like such an a**hole xD

The EDI bit is very interesting. It's great that she can evolve like that without Shepard's help.

@Francesco: Anita looks good;)

Oh note - I think Tiia looks fine, too :)

I have not noticed any clipping issues yet -- at least not worse than what is present to begin with.

I find the difference with Drea to be striking.  It's not perfect, and I need more testing to see exactly what is affected by the tweaks.  But yeah.  How you doin?

The dedication of the modding community sometimes never ceases to amaze me...

@ELE, is it just me or do the eyes now finally look like they did in ME2? Gonna have to give this me3-lazarus a try once I get home.

Hi there
just a quick question about something that bothered me yesterday while playing. Maybe it has been discussed already but I would appreciate an answer.

My Femshep usually wears the standard alliance issued casual armor out of battle. Is it just my impression or does this armor have padded butt-cheeks? Either that or Shep suffers from a hollow back issue which looks incredibly painful to me...espesially in cut scenes. I don't know but seeing her posture from the side looks kind of weird.

So is this just my impression or have they upped her butt quite extensively? To an extent that it doesn't look too healthy?

My theory: Shep wears push up panties:whistle:
In all seriousness: It's not just you...her butt looks bigger in the Alliance casuals

@ELE08 She is absolutely stunning - you are a master in textures - I really envy you :wizard:

Here I will present Chiara Shepard
Colonist, Sole Survivor, Soldier.

Her scars always remind her on her youth on Mindoir and the screamings from Akuze still hunting her dreams.
She is a very hard person, distant. Some would say pretty cold.
But her will to survive and get things done overlay a very sensitive person, she want to hide away. She is driven from her past, haunted.

Arriving Feros was like a deja vu, raise the urgent need to safe this colony from any further harm - cause the whole pictures from Mindoir are back in her mind.
She was a lucky child and beloved daughter before all crumbled down as she was 16 and this slavers attacked her home - destroying all she had.

Will be interesting what direction she takes in future - since she had this vision from the beacon.
Seems Kaidan can give her a bit comfort ...

I haven't seen any clipping either now (well, excluding eyelashes in some extreme cases). Structurally I was happy how she looked so I didn't make any changes to that. Colours looked so much different in ME3 though and it made Shepard look different. At one point I did loooong colour tweaking session to get hair, iris, eyebrows and stuff like that to look how I wanted. And I've said this before but Drea looks as good as ever.

(I so try to avoid the vicious tweaking circle; I'm somewhat perfectionist and perfecting things until I'm happy can take a while Posted Image).

We havent seen much of Traynor in this thread yet.  I think thats because everyone already has established LI for their Sheps at this point.  Im sure she will make a greater appearance sooner or later!

Although I am still mad at Bioware for making her look so similar to Amelia!   Grrrrrr

I really need to start her playthrough and get some ME3 shots of her!   B)
