Here's a question. Is there a way, once the game's in progress, to tweak faces a tiny bit? I made Esperanza's face a little bit longer after she imported (gloriously, in general) to deal with the ME3 face shortening. That turned out great... But about 15 hours in, I wish I'd made her lips stick out a bit more to balance with that. Normally it's not a problem, but in some shots where she tightens her lips anyway, it annoys me.
This shot's case in point. They aren't quite keeping up with her nose and chin's prominence.

I'll probably be doing a 3rd(!) Esperanza playthrough eventually, but still.
How I would do it:
Go into the CC, remake her to your liking. Then load up ME3 gibbed twice.
Make a backup of and take your latest save for Esperanza in one, and open the new creation in the second.
Browse to here on both:
Raw - Player - Appearance - Morph Head. Click the {...} next to Morph Features.
Now the values for lip depth are called
mouth_back and
mouth_forward.
Copy the numeric values there over from the new creation save to your Esperanza save (one of the values will be 0).
Now save, and load, should have worked. Backup your new facecode data, btw.
If you want to tweak more values, take a look at
this link, for an idea what which morph feature represents.
These slidervalues might work out of the box for ME3 too, but I haven't tried it yet, so they might have changed the values. If they have, assuming they have, you'd have to take the CC route regardless (and that way you see your changes before applying them).

I wanted to give a shoutout to Ottemis for her awesome texmods. I finely decide to load up texmod for in me3 because I don't mind the 1 completion for my gals that have it, but the freckled version just looked odd on, well, anyone so far that has it.
the result..very pleased with how Penny looks now.

Gorgeous =) /salutes
