maybe only I am seeing the differences. but i do sense them as she animates. the latter is coming very VERY close to workable. it might actually be ready to go. sadly, the intro lighting is SO bad its hard to tell. most sheps look awful there.
The hair looks a lot less severe on the highlight difference with the undertones, quite nice and soft. And the lips are lighter yes? All kind of brought closer together in therms of intensity? I like alot.
I could easily be staring myself blind on it though lol.

Load up Gibbed, load up a save into gibbed. Under the tab PLayer, you'll find the tab Appearance. Under that a dropdown saying "Headmorph". Under that both the option to import and export a headmorph.

You export a headmorph from the new save you made of your tweaked version of Esperanza. It will ask you where to save the file + name it etc.
When that's done, you Import that exported headmorph into your active original gameplay save for Esperanza.
