The N7 dress isn't tacky because it's form-fitting, it's tacky because of the material, and the zipper. The science outfit you mentioned is form-fitting, yes, but it doesn't look like it's made out of latex, and it also covers literally everything from Shepard's chin to her fingertips.

I hear you, Thane is a pretty cool friend and I've been mixing up teammates lately to change up the dialogue. Him and Garrus are great with soldier or sentinel sheps since they can back you up from a distance and together they have abilities to take down all defense types. I suppose an all ranged team would be fun too though a control move would be useful to keep enemies at a distance like an engineer with enough toys to keep them all distracted.

But, that is off topic and I'm starting to ramble...

Does Denise have a back story or any special quirks?

I was just poking fun:lol:. Your style, your rules. I have a pair of boots myself and they are almost more comfortable than tennis shoes once broken in; plus, they can  last over twenty years if cared for correctly. I think a wide  customization of casual clothing would make each shep that much more unique but I understand why they don't invest too much time in it.


On the ME3 dress issues...I have said several times on other threads that I would gladly pay for a DLC that includes new hair styles and casual clothing options. I'm still hoping for it somewhere down the road after this whole ending Extended Cut is sorted out.

I love all the femshep pics and moding ya'll are doing. I just can't keep up with this thread to comment on them all.

I don't think I'd have minded (or called it lazy) if it was just another dress. But it *Was* the CE special item for femshep. DudeShep got something pretty awesome and unique. FemShep's looks like a retexture. It might not have been. maybe they did, in fact, but a ton of thought into it. but it looks like an afterthought, i think. i bought the CE as a kind of way of voting with my dollars, being so excited for all the femshep stuff in the marketing. special outfit is ugly, the dog doesn't do anything, and i was just rather underwhelmed. From Ashes was good though. that made it almost worth it.

I agree, I really do not like the Aller's dress. It just looks cheap compared to the Kasumi dress. One looks like nice leather with an elegant metal neckless. The other looks like something from a cheap trendy shop and a neckless that looks like a metal snake shread its skin around Femshep's neck. I was beyond disappoint that Manshep got that awesome leather jacket and blue jeans. It just looks smooth and sexy compare to cheap and tacky.

Though really only one of my Shepard's would actually wear the dress all the time. Otherwise I use them for screenshots solely.

Yeah, I just added it into my coalesced file. And no, I haven't noticed any clipping issues at all, actually. It looks completely fine in every situation I've tried wearing it in (although I imagine it might look kind of strange if you tried to do any heavy running/climbing in it or something).

I'm not very practiced at moding but to stave off finishing ME3 again I imported an unfinished game of Zora and messed with her features a bit. I changed her hair in gibbed and I always wanted to give her purple eyes to match her armor and so far I like the result. The only thing that bugs me is how washed out the lighter skin tones are in ME3. There isn't a great in between.

I didn't know it was possible to put the NPC clothes on. I suppose it's because I've never moded my coalesced file directly.
Her running or jumping would look no stranger than when she sits spread eagle in the current dress. It still cracks me up every time and I have to wonder if the design team is aware of how badly maleshep's posture translates sometimes.

The Kasumi dress does look rather nice but it's a bit too purdy for casual outfit. Animations destroy it, to be honest. To see Shepard run around in that outfit is just painful to watch.

Put me down in the "prefer Kasumi dress" catagory. Moving on....

Here's a few pics from Maria's ME2 playthrough. I wish I had the skills to make her look more like her ME3 version. I prefer her look there. Oh well.

As of this writing, I just have two missions to go, but I have been putting them off for almost a week now. Cause the sooner I finish, the sooner she'll be parked until we see what EC entails. Good thing I have a backlog of screenshots. Well, good thing for those that like seeing screenshots, that is.

Garrus just looks terrified there! My headcanon has him thinking, "Oh, no! If she dies, I'm not gettin' any!"



Paragon righteous fury is just awesome. It's just too bad the animation for that pistol whip is so wonky. That's the "best" frame I got from my vid capture.



Is this the only time that picking a Paragon option causes Shepard to point her gun at someone? Not sure, but still a cool moment nonetheless.

She definitely looks different in ME3, more intimidating perhaps, and it sounds like you're going to tweak her a bit before fully importing. I can't wait to see the final product. I also find it interesting your most renegade shep has a war hero reputation, how did that happen?

I'm still trying to figure out what's going on in this pic. I don't have dialogue turned on yet this pops up and femshep says nothing verbally. On my other play throughs she would scream "Cortez". /scratches head/

Mostly it has to do with me not liking the ruthless background so much...though it would drive home her Renegade personality more...in this case I wanted to show the duality of thecharacter that she is...eventhough she is 'b*tch'...she is still hero.

Also razviolet....those scenes are from the Overlord DLC of ME 2. Which is a dlc I skipped along with arrival...but check both off as complete...in Overlord's case under the paragon choice in gibb...it has interesting effects in ME 3...

That would be why I never saw it. I got into ME late, about a year ago, and only have the kasumi DLC since buying all of them at once would be kinda pricey. It was smart of bioware to include a free download of ME2 with a purchase of DA2 because I'm now more obsessed with this franchise than dragon age and it compelled me to purchase ME1 and 3.

Yeah the ruthless background kind of makes your shep sound like a masochist. I took it for Vanessa to change things up a bit and the challenge of coming up with a canon for it.

As others have said, it's from the Overlord DLC. I probably should have stated that with my pics. Whoops. Fixed my post.

It is a pretty good DLC. When you are able, you should get it. If you pick Paragon dialogue choices, and take the Paragon interrupt, Shep gets mad at the Doctor at the end, thus smacking him.

From what I've heard, the topic it covers is pretty dramatic. Something to do with joining the human mind with the geth consensus and a savant.
