Ugh Kat's en route to Virmire right now. I HATE this part.

How many other Femsheps hit a brick wall with this?

Since this is a Garrusmance, I don't know......... Ash or Kai?

I always sacrifice Kaiden. Ash is interesting. Kaiden's just boring too me. I tryed to get to know him, I really did, but I just couldn't.

Maybe you feel different about him, I'm just saying what I do.

Batarians!
Well my canon being colonist, i tend to have strong feelings about them. I do however refrain myself from putting all of them in the same mold. Because this is where it gets complicated: - Elysium gave us a hint in that sense ( unless i got it wrong then the rest of my argument can just be ignored ) - there is a fair number of humans involved in that well oiled scheme,[ probably giving slavers extra intel and pointing out some colonies vulnerabilities; conducting raids; selling their victims to ring leaders ] and frankly i don't know which one is worse: doing it for profit or political ideology. This why whatever hatred Deirdre has, it is aimed at slavers period. No matter what their race is.
The only reason she distrust Batarians as a group is because of their political views.
Just wanted to say that - for no particular reason.

I actually wonder in general if Shepard has been presented with any other medals for other missions. As in before Mass Effect 1.

I love the talk you can have with Simon from Bringing Down the Sky about the Batarians, and if you had the Colonist background its even better. You can openly show you dislike them if you want. There was some really cool character building dialogue in that DLC.

No way! Maybe from way up high in the Brass ( and bypass the whole chain of command )...otherwise, inside N7,she is probably blacklisted.

Same here, he just came across as such a weak character (to me) in the first one and as he had a small accident on Virmire in all my playthroughs I have no idea what he's like in ME2. I could relate better with Ashley so I kept her around.

Ya I've often wondering that too. Like would Shep have got one for Akuze. I've also wondered about the medal on Shep's desk in ME2. I imagine it's for saving the Citadel but then again it could be for Eden Prime or something else. Where do ye think that medal on the desk is from?

It's amazing what activating playersonly and moving around with flycam can do to get a better screenshot for some scenes...

(Yep, changed her hairstyle again. Off to the Citadel.)

I'm going to sound like such a noob but to use flycam would I have to download something? I don't know much about it but I'd like to try it out for better screenshots.

Not sure about X-Box or PS3, but I edited some commands on my PC version using instructions provided by sagequeen on her blog here:

http://www.gametouri.../p/modding.html
(Read all of them, since she updated some info on later articles.)
Edit: Would probably work better as an active link...

It depends on the model of awards the Alliance uses. For sure, at least a campaign medal with several deployment citations. At least one heroism medal, I think would be awarded. Perhaps on the level of the US Bronze Star Medal. Yes, Torfan establishes her as being a very scary person, but still, that would be awarded. It would establish her as a threat to various people.

As for Akuze, definitely. Non-combat heroism awards exist for a reason.

I always pick Ash. However on a recent playthrough I picked Kaiden. The only reason is because apparently the 'jealousy' scenario  from ME1 is brought up in ME3.

If Shepard is a war hero, she was awarded the Star of Terra (which is Earth's highest honour).

This is why everyone you meet is slightly fangirl at first.

Yup I decided to save Ash. I love them both, but I put Ash with the salarians, and Kaidan is more experienced..but there's the other team too

So I guess I was kind of expecting to see her in a blue uniform, something like what Anderson wears.

But it is blue.

It looks more navy to me.Posted Image But it wasn't the colour I had a problem with, it was the design. Just doesn't look like a uniform for a trial. It looks too informal like something for combat in comparison to what Hackett and Anderson wear. Sure Shep isn't as highly ranked as them but I guess I just expected she would have a similar kind of uniform.

I thought this too; I'm pretty sure at the end of Arrival Hackett says something about dress blues, and for a few seconds I had fantasies about my War Hero Shepard looking all awesome with her Star of Terra pinned on.

I'd really love to see Shep in full officer uniform too

I do wonder where she stashed that pistol, though. [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/pinched.png[/smilie]

I figured it was strapped to her thigh. It's covered and not all that far from where she'd keep her sidearm anyway.

Jah, but the dress is skin tight and the pistol is HUGE. It's a carnifex, not a little pew-pew gun. But, I guess maybe she has some Ultra-Violet hideaway thing goin' on.

I probably shouldn't question that one too much.

Gorgeous. I really love the severity to her beauty. She looks every inch a soldier.

That's why I always ended up playing war hero, even if I head-canon it was actually a horrid mess. I just loved all the 'OOOOH! it's yOU!' and Shepard is just so cold in response - or I thought she was, anyhow.

Myeah, though ME pistols are a lot more compact when they're collapsed and holstered, at least. But yeah. I try not to think too much about how she whips out a gun without awkwardly reaching down and under her dress for it. I've also yet to work out why Kasumi doesn't just hand her a weapon whenever she requires one, what with her wandering around the place invisible and all.

Having a chunk of metal strapped to her inner thigh would certainly explain her, uh, unique walking animation, at least. Probably. This once.

Femshep > Samus Aran.

Over 2million credits and 3 hadron colliders were made to produce these results. The science is sound. Good work gentlemen.

Whew just wrapped up ME1 again. I feel drained after that lol. Katja's journey continues...

Battles Saren, saves the Citadel..... only to get killed one month later :( she didn't even tell Garrus how she felt about him.
