Glad to help! Consider the facemask change suggested by the vhalkyrie and masseffect2faces, basically putting the facemask for complexion 1 to 3? also consider changing skin tones slightly. i found i had to bump down the vectors. kyrie is milk-pale, yes, but what they had was a little too sickly looking. i gave her a change there and it helped a LOT. me3 lighting is harsh on many of the skin tones. if i recall, i bumped the R down by .1, G by .3? and blue by .2 (i think)...may habe been R -.1, G -.2, B-.15
jepp, did that right now (using complexion 1 for 3 ) and it helped a lot - looks nearly like her old self again (in this pic just a bit grim - cause of the bad news I suppose).
aww those freckles are just too cute <3
BTW, if I have you pros around me right now

: do you know if there is an option to add the faint ME1 scars on lip and eye brow again?

@merrylisk: will try - I'm curious what it will say
With great foresight I already took the chance (and some idle time) and rebuilt my ME1 in ME2 until I couldn't see a difference when I switched back and forth (I had heard the storys of the cruel bug). Guess I somehow picked a "lucky" model cause it seems there's no great switch between ME2 and 3
