FemShep and Grand Admiral Thrawn from Star Wars novels. Now my favourite fictional couple, but I don't think the ME universe could handle this level of epicness.

I don't think any universe could handle that level of epicness. But just think if it had been Thrawn in command of Sword fleet. . .

I don't want to use mods.

I'd not class that as a mod, it's a tweak/hack. The hairstyle they referr to is in the game, fully functional, but for some weird reason not in the CC. Only thing you do is change the Hairmesh and texture referral in the savefile (textual information in gibbed) to correspond with that specific hairstyle. It functions on it's own after that, no issues, no hassle.
Nothing added, nothing running with or next to the game, just that one initial edit.

But I do not wish to go through that process. What the heck is wrong with 13?

Now that I think about it, when I was thinking of a Drawing Project with My "Main"/"True"/"Personal" Shepard, and Quorra, in a "Poster-Like" Drawing of ME3, I pictured Quorra with Hairstyle 13. And I imagined her In-Game as well.

Erm, nothing? I suggested 13 after all. I'm just explaining what trying the custom cute would entail, that's all. Not trying to sell you on it, more of an 'it's not daunting nor cheating' kinda thing.
Do what you want.

This is a question regarding Lady Aly's Character, Chiara: Which Eye Shadow did she pick? I couldn't find any that dark.

You mean the custom sexy hairstyle from ME2, the 'wet look' one, is in ME3? That would be awesome. I knew it was available, but I thought that you had to mod the textures. If that isn't the case then I might give my next Shepard that hairstyle.

@ MASSEFFECTfanforlife101: I like 11 better. 13 isn't bad, but... I dunno, it just looks out of place to me. Too stylized maybe. But if you like it, you should definitely use it. She's your Shepard, the most important thing is that you're happy with her.

No, there are two ME3 hairstyles in the game named sexy and customsexy, one in the CC one not; same as ME2. These can be gibbed. The Meshes both differ from ME2 though.

The ME2 non-CC Mesh you're referring to is in ME3 without textures. Has to be gibbed + Texmodded. If I'm not misinformed.

If you don't want to use mods, because I agree modded sexy hair would look good on Quorra, then go with 13. Not my favorite style but many femsheps out there pull it off with style. I'm sure Quorra will too! And I see that she does! :)

@LadyAly
Thanks. Chiara looks great. I really like her look.

No I don't think you missed her background. The only thing I have said is that she's a Spacer/sole survivore, and that her name is the word for one in Korean.

@raziel
Thank you. I think its great. I only did one for Garrus. That was Iris. Most of my Shepards were for Thane, but I could only get through one playthrough with Liv. I won't be doing my other Shepards for him.

@Hadeedak
Thank you. Yoshimi looks great. I really like her face.

@Ashoken
Thanks

Few more of Hana.

That style really does work on her, especially because the hair parts in the same place as her ME2 style, so it totally seems like she just cut her hair and that is the result.

Her face imported really well, too! You got lucky.

File this under "Stuff I wish I had known earlier". Did you know that in Mass Effect 1, when you are giving the speech to the Normandy crew, there is an extra bit of dialogue you can pick and it doesn't lock you out of the Paragon/Renegade choices? And, even better, if you are Paragon or Renegade, the dialogue is totally diferent, even though you pick essentially the same option.

Check it out. Both links are FemSheps, too.

Paragon (Full disclosure, my own vid, but it stars Maria Shepard!)

Renegade (not my vid)

So, if you ever replay ME1, you now have an extra bit of dialogue. :)

Full post commenting on other Sheps later. I'm both too tired and unable to sleep any further at the moment. A very bad combination. :crying:

Bonus pic. Just landed on Eden Prime. Yeah, I forgot to turn off the hud.

snipped my own pic

Whoa, I had no idea about this. And you mentioned on the caption in the Youtube vid that you get an extra scene with Kaidan and Chakwas??? Whaaaat

Is that on Youtube anywhere too? I'm so curious now.

Um... either I confused you with the description on my Youtube vid, or you didn't watch it, cause that scene is there. I'm going with "I confused you".

When you pick the Neutral option during the speech, the one that mentions Eden Prime, the scene shifts to Medbay with Chakwas and Kaidan. Many people miss this because they assume by picking it, it will lock them out of the other choices, but it doesn't.

Lida is stunning, the black her and impressive blue eyes !! Outstanding

@Rikketik Thanks.  :happy:Bald Sheps are not common I know. But the Ponytail of ME3 has changed her far to much - and the other hairstyles with bun/mignong,topknot fitted not her personality.
Arantxa with the Mnemomic ??? ( not sure about the spelling and the right name :P) Visor looks badass btw.

@Ottemis Simply a wonderful Shep she is - very beautiful
@MassEffect Quorra with Nr. 13 and the import looks pretty good. She has imported without flaws I see. Wonderful
About the Eye Shadow - its a Mod Luis  - so no go for you

@JECW Hana and Udina :wub: nice side shot of her delicate face - and thankies :happy:

Really should post more. Both because screenshots once a week is a bit too much procrastination for me. Also so I can comment on individual Sheps and not a blanket "I saw them and liked them all", but that's all I got at the moment, sorry. Even the new Sheps were numerous, but I liked them all. I did want to mention razviolet. I loved all the flycam shots!

I missed both Jamie's and MASSEFFECTfanforlife101's birthdays. Whoops! Happy Belated birthdays!

LadyAly wrote...
FemShep Question: Which Boss fight is/was the most difficult for you ?

Praetorian on Horizon in ME2. I lost Maria's Hardcore playthrough on that fight. No matter who I took with me, I just could not get past it until I toned it down to Veteran. I lost count at the retries when I got well into double-digits. Yes, I know I didn't need a Hardcore PT to unlock Insanity like you do in ME1, but I wanted to play one so I could prepare for Insanity. I failed. :(

Vasir from LotSB was interesting on Kendra's PT (also on Veteran). Vanguard vs Vanguard. I'd charge, but all that did was get me in range of her shotgun. :blink: So, I had to try a different tactic and shoot her from a distance with the Phalanx. I did charge her to finish her off, though. ;)

A close second for Kendra is the Kai Leng fight on Cronos station in ME3. Which is interesting, because my first time there, I breezed through it no problem. A few weeks later I go back to record the dialogue before and after... and I can't get past the fight. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong and what I did right the first time. I finally got it on the 6th try. Still don't know what the difference was. :huh:

Hi guys! I'm a lurker for the longest time, and I'm coming out of my comfortable hiding place (haha wut?) to ask: what are your headcanon-ed Sheps' talents and what are the talents they spectacularly fail at (other than dancing lol)? And if they weren'tthe badass military soldier they are now, what career options would they have taken?

I love this question. Chance to flesh out my Sheps more? Yes, please!

Maria: I don't know. (That's my answer to a lot of these for her. I really need to flesh her out one of these days. It's so hard to pin down those goody-goody Paragons.)

Kendra: Well, before she became a rebellious teenager and attended class regularly, she ran track. She was actually quite good at it. In my headcanon, she's the first one to discover Charge, and after seeing it and/or whispers of her doing it, all Vanguards started practicing their charges. Vasir was the first one to perfect it, after Shepard. Which is why she didn't see a lot of enemy Vanguards using it on her. And she discovered Nova during her confinement. Pent up anger and frustration caused her to pound the floor one day and the rest is history.

What isn't she good at? Social graces? She is a Renegade, after all. :devil:

If Mindoir hadn't happened, and she grew out of the rebellious phase? She might have become a track star. Who knows?

Before I hit Submit, a new question popped up!

LadyAly wrote...

FemShep Question = How do you feel about Commander Bailey at the Citadel ? Did you like him ?

I personally liked him. Both in ME2 and 3. But, I'm guessing you meant to ask about Shepard?

Maria is not thrilled with how he goes outside the law to do his job, but she doesn't actively hate him or anything. He's likeable enough, and she hasn't witnessed him doing anything completely illegal enough to step in. And he did clear up that little matter of her being dead and then alive again.

Kendra likes Bailey. She understands him and why he does his job the way he does. She was glad to find out he wasn't dead when she landed on the Citadel during the coup. If Anderson is like a surrogate father-figure, then Bailey is like a favorite uncle.

Personally, I didn't like him at first, don't know why. But he grew on me and is now one of my favorite NPC's.

As for my Sheps: They all like him, they may not agree with how he handles some things but they respect his decisions.

@raziel1980, Thanks! I'll get a profile of Lida soon. She was originally a head morph from masseffect2faces.com with Ashley's face texture, and while her facecode transferred fine, I didn't like how she looked in ME3. So I made changes. Turned her nose up, changed her eyes, and what not. Ashley texture didn't look right so I switched to the Devon texture. What is the same about her is the hair and TIM eyes. Just like Asche, Lida is spaceborn and a war hero. She romanced Liara who isn't my favorite but I wanted to experience it all! Unlike Asche, Lida is sneaky and walks the fence. It will be interesting how she navigates the pitfalls of ME3.

@Rikketik, dark-skinned blondes are fun! Arantxa is lovely.

@LadyAly, thanks! Chiara's war face is scary!

Bailey as a character was fine. He was a working class guy doing his best to keep Citadel crime at bay. His voice acting was good, of course and that made him believable. But he was kind of just ... there.  However, Asche found him a little dodgy the way he dealt with Kellam and his views on Citadel democracy. Evie sees him as a cop and not to be truly trusted.

Edits: I keep finding things I missed or forgot. And the typos. Ohhhh the typos.

I'll get a more thorough picbomb and responsebomb going, but right now, I'm wondering that most quintessential of renegade, paragade, and renegon questions: scars or no scars? For Esperanza, it was scars all the way, and I just wanted more of them (which I might get on her insanity playthrough, which is waiting for the EC, Yoshimi to finish, or just until I feel like vanguarding face on the grouch).

Anyway.
Scars.
