Sounds like single player EMS is fixed now: On EMS and the Extended Cut. (I have a hard time understanding Chris' posts sometimes, tbh.)

Hey, quick question about Coalesced modding.

When you download any DLC, any changes you made to your Coalesced file reset themselves.

However, when putting them back, can you just pop in your old modded Coalesced file, or will that negate any changes the patch introduced?

i.e. do you need to go back and put in the mods line by line into the new Coalesced file?

I've been wondering about this.

Essentially, yes. I wish the editor had a patch mode to apply a diff (or maybe it does now? I last updated in 1985 or something)… actually, you probably could use a merge tool to combine the two files, but it is a binary format (I think?) so it’s not straightforward.

Actually, can the editor export/import a text file version? If it can, then you can export, save, then export the new one, merge the two using a merge tool, and then reimport it.

As I said before: Everyone's FemSheps here do look Great. Some of the best I've seen. Living Proof that Making a Custom Face Fits FemShep more than MaleShep. That is why my Main/Personal has the "Sheploo" Face.

For Hrist it was a mixture of fear and relief. On the one hand she's scared beyond belief as to the task that's facing her. Everything she's been through over the past few years has been leading up to this battle, and come the end of it the races of the galaxy will either survive , or the Reapers will win and everyone will die. On a personal level, if she fails she'll lose everything she loves for the second time.

On the other hand though the relief of knowing that this is the last battle and the fight will be over once and for all come the end, gives her some comfort.

It's the last hope of salvaging anything from the trainwreck that was ME3 for me...if they mess that up, then yeah... well my boxes are going to collect even more dust. I'm excited, but I'm afraid, cause I really hope this fixes at least ONE of the issues I have with the game.

It is an odd feeling being more excited about paying for a DLC (Dawnstar) then getting a DLC for free (Extended cut.) I don't want to see how they try to throw a bandage of a gapping wound. So yeah, not excited at all, in fact dreading it. And the icing on all of this even IF this manages not to be completely horrible, Thane is still dead. Jacob still cheats. One of my Shepards loses her LI in the first 1/4 of the game. Another loses her LI for.... I still am not sure why the hell they did that.... My main has gotten the see the end with hers but he still abandon her on the battlefield to run off to have man preggers mutant babies with Joker and Garrus. Then they will build a tree house like the swish family Robinson. This isn't going to fix the outsiding issues I have with the rest of the game.

Besides MP and to get screenshots for Ottemis mod she is working on, I haven't touched Mass Effect 3. I haven't touched ME1 or 2 either, what's the point when they end Red/Green/Blue. Because frankly I'm not enough of a masochist to get my heartbroken everytime a play that video game. I play games to escape. Not be beat over the head with over the top, useless tragedy.

Yes, I will play it. Am I optimistic? Sorry, I used all my optimism before the game came out and through out the game with "This is all going to work out in the end, right? Right?" I guess not.

I doubt that it will make any real difference. I do hope that it removes the taste of **** from my mouth to something at least little bit more pleasant. Oh, did you mean Dawnguard (Skyrim DLC)?

This, this and more this. If anything - whatever comes of the EC *needs* to be discussed as it relates to (all our) Shepard(s). If BioWare somehow manages to *finally* produce content that at least explains the rationale behind their endings, that's a crucial starting off point for subsequent discussion. And this is, in fact a discussion forum/topic.

I disagree completely, there are too many goddamn threads about it already. If you wish to continue to beat the dead horse even more, then count me out.

Yeah, mine too. Expect that I own the PS3-version and get to wait until July 26th before I can play it.

So, the Extended Cut it is on June 26th. I will play it and I will hopefully enjoy it. Then I'll grab some popcorn, visit the BSN and watch the fans flood the forums with their discontent. Hell, it's already starting and the EC isn't even out yet.
