@ Syrdeth & Ashoken: I thought the scars did get imported, but your moral alignment in ME3 had no influence on it, but it's the other way around. Weird that they don't carry over, but perhaps it's done to give the player a sense of progression. Either way, like I said, they look good on Kendra.
@ Sinapus: Those veterans remind me a bit of EDI and her sense of humor, then.
@ LadyAly: Thank you, I think so too. It wasn't even my intention to make them that bright, but now that they are, I'm not complaining.
Oh, and Reyna looks great! First time I've seen her and I don't know if she will like to hear it, but she looks rather cute. Even with the formal wear (which I think looks especially good on blond Shepard because of the golden trim).
There's nothing wrong with telling your Shepard's story in pictures, by the way! In fact, I like it. I don't know if you're familiar with the term "Let's Play"? It's basically doing a screenshot or video playthrough of a game and provide (humorous) commentary along the way. Very entertaining to read or watch and in the case of Mass Effect it's interesting to see how everyone develops their own Shepard. So, keep those pictures coming!
@ CrazyGreggie: It is. And indeed, she looks a lot like Denise. I was afraid she would look too much like her, but I guess that's just the effect the Allers haircut has on Shepard. Oh well, Denise was beautiful, so it's absolutely not a bad thing to look like her.
And wow, Karys looks stunning! I love her mouth and especially her eyes. They always look a bit weird in the character creation screen, but work really well ingame. I can't wait to see more of her.
@ demos99: Don't know if someone already answered, but Thane dies before your romance with him can become "locked in" again and I believe it's possible for Shepard to start a relationship with Liara even if you rejected her or broke of your relationship with her in ME1 or ME2. So it should be possible what you want to do. I don't know it for certain, though!
Most of my Shepards can relate to Jennifer's feelings about Thane. It's difficult to remain just friends with him, especially when he starts calling Shepard "Siha". He's quite suave and if even though they're not proud of it, especially not after the events of ME3, some of my Shepards can't help but think his stoicism and spirituality in the face of his own death are just ways of charming the ladies. Because damn, it works so well on them. But it's not only that. They feel like they can talk with Thane, if you understand what I mean, more than with Garrus or Jacob.
@ Hadeedak: Haha, yeah, that Reaper fight sucks big time. A rule of thumb for me is: "always role twice to the side". Do it just once and that Reaper will nail you, especially when it comes close.
And about that smirk: hey, it's not as bad as the smile you give Chakwas in ME2 after buying a Serrice Ice Brandy for her.
@ raziel1980: you really have a knack for creating beautiful Shepards, haven't you? Allison looks great. The black lipstick is still unusual but also very stylish.
@ Ashoken: You know, the screenshots of Lyda with the rocket launcher remind me of Unreal Tournament. I should play that game again sometime... Anyway, is that the Tutchanka: Bomb mission you were doing? I never knew there was a Hydra lying around there!
@ MizzNaaa: That woman probably knows she is going to die soon anyway, so hey, can you blame her? If you're going to heaven (or hell!), you might as well go happy.
And agree about Liara! My first Shepard that completed ME3 broke up with her in the beginning of the game so she could romance Traynor. She thought that Liara had moved on, but after experiencing that gift, she wasn't so sure anymore.
As for myself, as a player, I find the friends version of her gift more beautiful than the romance version. The way she lays her head on Shepard's shoulder... it's a simple gesture, but so powerful at the same time.
@ razviolet: You're welcome! And great shots of Cora; I love that first one with EDI.
So... I believe I'm up to date again?
Oh, and one last, general question: how do you guys think Shepard announces who go with her on a mission? Does she tell it them in person or does she use the intercom?
Berlitz likes to keep things professional. So for example, with the Rachni mission, she will say something like: "Attention, we're currently traveling to the Ninmah Cluster to take part in a mission concerning a Krogan team that has gone missing. We will be arriving in about twelve hours. Lieutenant Vega and Doctor T'Soni, please report to the war room for preperations."
Of course, that pisses Wrex off because he wanted to keep it a secret from the Turian Primarch, but too bad for him. Berlitz wants everyone to know what is going on, so that everyone will be prepared in case something happens.
