@sagequeen I love barrier so much. All my Sheps have it since ME2. It's needed gameplaywise for me, but I can't help but admire its...err sexiness
As for Leviathan, the only reason why I'm excited is for the character interactions, and that says alot (regarding my disdain for ME3). I used to be excited for ME's DLCs for gameplay, lore, but yeah...ME3 was disappointing haha. And I also share the same sentiment for all games being action-oriented, graphics-oriented and multi-player-oriented. It's like they're already out of ideas (saturation?)...and it's frightening (I'm looking at you "survivor horror" games).
@JamieCOTC I too have an attachment for Shepard. My major issue with the ending was how alienated Shepard was from it (apart from the auto-dialogue); I played ME for Shepard and for my fascination with her story only, yet it seems ME3 (or at the very least, its ending) tried its best to do away with that <_<
Anyway for traveling in space question,
Main: Being a spacer, she was always fascinated with outer space. She wanted to explore on her own though, and not be merely cooped up in ships or remain in the military ambiance. Space-faring for her is a new experience and feeds her inclination towards acquiring all sorts of new knowledge. She wants to give back to the galactic community--to better the new sights she partakes in, in her own way.
Cloe: She's a spacer too, but she remains neutral with all the space-faring hype. If traveling doesn't serve her any purpose, she wouldn't bother with it at all. As Javik once told her, there are dark things lurking in space; she'd know better than to fall into the ideation of the unknown and she'd know better than to expect so much from aliens, when she doesn't already expect so much from humans afterall.
Freya: She'd always had high hopes for space, being earthborn. However, unlike my main, she sees space as her salvation from the hellhole she regarded as Earth. She wants to escape; she wants to be free from human scum. She often fancied if things were better with aliens, if their cultures were better, and if they would accept someone lost as her. All these were wrong of course when she finally enlisted, which became the root of her current hateful and bitter self--her only ideation and hope as a child flung back to her face. Currently she'd laugh at her pathetic self for wishing such things.
@raz Thank you so much  Glad you like Garrus as much as I like Kaidan. We just can't help it, can we?
As for Gabby, very nice transition to ME3! Congrats
@Hadeekak I love your Shep! She's very pretty and unique-looking. Not many can pull off that genuine Asian look~ Nice to see her back
