You're welcome! I don't have good gear for krogans in silver matches (well, only combination that works decently in my case is avenger and ex-cerberus vanguard) but I think that did the squad objective. Krayzi was there too.

Now I'll take a walk...

Next time I'll try to remember to equip some ammo/armor/weapon enhancements. Plus pick the "melee" option for that lvl 5 upgrade of tech armor. Meleeing a geth trooper and finding it having a sliver of health left was a bit... annoying. Made triggering that nice blood rage a bit difficult.

:o

I'd best get started on ME2 so Edward can finally finish her run.

Ooo... ToP... already have image up, will leave it at that.

So many pretties! If there's one good thing to say about the thread being slower than it used to be, it's that you get to appreciate all the screenshots and artwork properly rather than rushing past it as you try and catch up on the +10 pages since you last looked...

@merylisk: Naomi is rocking the cyberbabe!
@Files: Ouch Posted Image A little smile, but the eyes...poor Kaidan.

A little more Aki, post-Sur'Kesh through Grissom to Tuchanka.

"He does that."

I changed up the armour in this run, going for blue-grey to match James and (modded) Kaidan, and found myself really thinking (overthinking, probably) about the helmet choice. The full helmets and even most of the visors look to me as if they would block peripheral vision, very unhelpful for a primarily biotic combatant who relies on senses rather than tech for situational awareness. For Aki, it had to be the Sentry Interface.

The default full helmet is pretty close to racing helmet and from my own experience it does (naturally) limit the the peripheral vision a lot. It's a compromise whether or not one wants more cover or the other advantages that comes from being helmetless.

I prefer to see Shepard's face all the time so she doesn't wear any headgear. Personally I would wear the full helmet with breather all the time if I would be in Shepard's shoes.

If I ever play a Sniper, I'd definitely use headgear. I guess it would make sense for a Vanguard to have some sort of head protection, considering they quite literally charge headfirst into piles of enemies, but I never used any with Anja.

Perfectly sound reasoning, so long as the headgear in question is not the C-Sec security helmet that makes Shepard look like a person of special-needs.

Eevy’s rule is to always, always wear a full helmet. Forget being shot, what if you get slammed into a wall head first?

Might be useful when headbutting krogan as well...

Edit: Finished Garrus's, Mordin's and Grunt's loyalty missions. Going to play some more ME3 mp and maybe finish Ed's run next weekend. Hopefully.

I prefer the Visor on all of my Sheps - I go with Tup3xi - I want to see the face of my Shep. I did this even with my Male Shep's.
With Ottemis Fav-Helmet its another case - but honestly - don't be upset - it looks like a knitted skimask ;)

I could run finally Chiara through Leviathan - and she gave so much reason to push the screen button - I will post 2 batches of 4. Annoyingly - for whatever reason - the shots from the rescue with Kaidan are vanished :?and I have no Idea why. But since is a most posted scene its not really important.

Concerns ... and questions

I'm the same as Tup3xi and LadyAly. I like to see my Shepards' faces at all times, and favour visors because they look cool. Plus, most of my Shepards aren't the up-close-and-personal kinds, so I imagine that having a helmet would just hinder them. :P I wish there were legit options of breathers like Liara, Miranda and Ashley have, though. It'd be nice to see Shepard's face all the time!

Of course, and this is the one I was talking about:

Looks absolutely st00pid to be honest.

EDIT:
Grrr... I was stupid enough to attach mobile authenticator to my SWTOR account. I didn't realize that it would be pain to get rid of it. Just imagine what you have to do if you wipe your phone or upgrade to new one... Well, at least I can buy p0rn outfits for my female characters (from security key vendor; Yay! -_-) that don't require social level. I'm pissed, I have to make a phgging international call if I want to get rid of it.

So... Waiting in queue is now a norm on Red Eclipse?

I'm saddened that she's stopped, meaning I'll have to find another addiction to feed, but I like her outline.

Haven't posted in a while, but I'm swinging in to drop of 3 links on the same subject.

I've decided not to complete my ME3 fanfic, which is sad to me, and yet rather freeing, too. So, reasons for that are here.

I had excerpts from the next two chapters that were coherant enough to post - and at least give Kyrie/Kaidan something of a reconcilliation before I go. I posted that to fanfic . net, so that's here.

And then How I thought Mass Effect 3 ought to have ended is posted here.

(^That's in really (really) rough note form, so I hope you can follow the plottings I had in mind.) (oh, and edit: ninjaed by adam and sinpus there :P)

So, um, yeah, that's all. I think Jamie said it best:

"I'm done with Mass Effect, but not quite ready to be done with FemShep."

For me, I never think I will be 'over' FemShep. Instead, I think I'm going to take my love of her, as a strong female hero, into other ventures and other projects. Anyhow, if you don't see me around much, I just wanted to say thanks for reading my fanfic, thanks for the fan-based community, thanks for being awesome, thanks for being a femshep fan, thanks for being someone who likes gaming enough to talk about it on a forum. It's nice to know that I'm not the only geek, gamer, or geek gamer girl out there in the world.

So yeah. Thanks. ^_^

I posted this over at your site because I didn't think you came around these parts anymore:

" It's a shame to see you bid farewell. You may or may not remember me as FliesbyHandles from the Femshep threads over at Bioware, but I've always enjoyed reading your input on the series and seeing the passion you had for your character. I took a long break and have recently come back to finish my other Femshep characters, mostly out of a sense of obligation. After that, well I guess I'll wait and see what DLC is in store. Part of me still hopes for something, even 6 months later. Part of me knows I'll drop off the map again once I beat the game for the fourth time."

Hmm, the year moves along as do we. Your input will be missed.
