 Okay... 1 day is just wayyyyyyy too long for no posts in this thread...more of Jason Shepard...as he does the Citadel Loyalty mission run...

To be honest I am sick of Fem Shep. Absolutely sick of her. She was cool and all but her fans killed her for me. Honestly they jabber on and on about how they feel she has more emotion, how SHE is the real Shepard, (she isn't) and how more promotions need to be made of her. Have you gone to DeviantArt and just taken a moment to type in MASS EFFECT? Because about 70 percent of the stuff that shows up is Femshep. She gets enough promotion on her own. In fact, it has gotten to the point where the very idea of ever playing Mass effect as femshep, or hearing her voice disgusts me. I am tired of Femshep. She isn't canon. She's neat but STOP crying every time she isn't the centerpiece of some advertisement. Honestly. I can feel a literal hate for that character growing inside me.

NO Shep is Canon. Sheploo's not Canon, he's the equivalent to a commercial actor he's a stand in for the Rela Shepard which is what you play in game. Whatever Shepard ins on your TV or PC screen at the moment is canon. shepard is the players character and the player determines the canon. Before ME3 there was no femshep in marketting, only male Shepard. femshep fans felt slighted as I'm sure Maleshepard fans feel when it come to deviantArt because her community has alot of fans, both male and female. Preferences rule judgement in many thing. I prefer to play both Shepard's equally and I love both renditions of the lines by Meer and Hale and will never bash their performances. I only wish everyone could do the same.

And I apologize for my statement about Male Shep being Canon.  It seems I confused 'Default Premade Highly Advertised Earthborn/Sole Survivor John Shepard' as canon.

That's why I responded again, because even though you apologize you don't seem to understand WHY you provoked the response you did (that or you're really bad at expressing yourself, but doubtful).

They've made Sheploo animate better in ME3. Normally I could only take so much loo, but he looks better in the updated engine.
