@Ottemis : Thanks for the compliment! <3

...and on that note something to discuss.

...I really really want to see dude Shep dance in a trailer. For the lulz if nothing else.

It's for the best. It's not about seeing who can get the most pics of their genderShep on the page. This way the communites can thrive instead of being in competition in one thread.Posted Image Plus the threads compliment each other so there's no hostility.Posted Image

Well we got to see him sparr, I thought that was bloody epic heh.
But what kind of dancing are we talking about? A proper walz like a proper gentleman or him pulling a John Travolta =P

I'm talking about the Shepard shuffle. I want to see the Shepard shuffle. ^_^ Everyone knows Shep can't dance.

Though yes the sparring was hot. <3 ...Uh...I mean epic. Yeah...that's what I meant. :whistle:

There wasn't hostility, or even active (conscious) gender competition in the other thread. If functioned *almost perfectly as a community uniting thread. With a few exceptions (which can't be avoided) it did a superb job of displaying the creativity and love that we all felt towards one character.

There was only one goal of the other thread: supporting Shepard in all of /his and her/ glory, as detailed by the thread's thesis, content, daily visits, and page numbers.

We are many eyes looking at the same thing -- Legion.

But I digress. If the community wants to be divided sexually, then I can either support their decision (which will result in the thread continuing) or I can argue on the immorality of it (which will result in the thread continuing).

For once in my life I'm not going to do what is right and argue for true equality, shared opportunity, etc. I'm going to take the easy route, and just go with it.

@Cool ManShep Fans

Sorry that person is trolling this thread with a picture of MY FEMSHEP! A bunch of people writing articles on the internet took my screenshot and used it all over the place >.<

Anyway, will some pictures of my Scott Shepard make up for it?

Scott Shepard. Colonist, War Hero, Infiltrator, Paragon.

He's a good-hearted colonist boy, who happens to be a crack-shot with a sniper rifle.

Faithful to Ashley, pretty much the first woman he's ever loved.

I'd rather we didn't have to fight for what's right, and I do agree, the fact is though that people feel as they feel and aren't all comfortable in the combined thread and this way we can try and create a healthy and active environment for both fanbases. Can kick the bucket or just go for the path of least resistance, in this case.

So now hopefully, we'll have two threads that will both respect the others existance and respect the custom creations by others and prioritise the enjoyment of the game in general.

This is my last Shepard I'm trying to finish before ME3. He is a renegade but is mostly a good guy, just very distrustful of aliens. He goes out of his way to avoid all conversations with aliens, and probably won't be too upset if some of them happen to die during the suicide mission, you know, accidentally, of course. He gets along well with Ashley obviously and is looking forward to continuing their romance B)

@Ryzaki

Yeah, the animations were just, well... awful in ME2. For both Shepards. XD

From what I've seen in the sneak peaks of ME3, movement seems to be much more fluid and natural. Hope that's the case with subtle animations as well.

May I also say I'm very excited for Mark Meer's performance in ME3.  He sounds amazing.

Shep looked like a real zombie. XD Which...would've been awesome if it didn't only happen in gameplay. Shep walks pretty normally during the cinematic events. Otherwise though...limping, neck twisting, awkward gait and just...no. No all around. :unsure:

Same. I also hope dude Shep has hairstyles other than close to bald, might as well be bald, close to bald 2.0, what were you thinking when you let that barber shave you Shepard?, greasy mc greasy, and the other two sucky options. :lol: Sorry to those who like those hairstyles.

Yes he does. :wub:

I quite like the haircuts. More options always better but I can't see myself making a Shep with long hair or anything.
