 I can't tell if I have hardened my realtionship with
Alistar yet..

His approval is 100 percent.
he gave me a rose.
he went into my tent.
he answers me as dear...
I asked him what will become of us and he said
that he may have to become king and iI said I won't let you go..
and he didn't wanna talk about it..

no spoilers please...
i have given him his mothers amulet and his sister..

i am a female noble and I want them to marry..
i m only aat the fourth plot line with the dwarfs

(Trying to answer carefully so as not to be spoilery, per your request...)

"Hardening" refers to a change in personality, rather than a relationship state. In Alistair's case, whether he is hardened or not depends on the choices you make in the conversation following his meeting Goldanna, and (in some cases, again depending on your choices) in a possible follow-up conversation.
If you recall what dialogue you chose, we can tell you whether Alistair was hardened or not.

More specifically, after leaving his sister Goldanna's house, you were given the following options:

- I don't know what to say. I'm sorry it turned out like this.
- Everyone is out for themselves. You should learn that.
- You don't need her. You have others who care for you.
- I care about you. (only appears under certain conditions)
- I care about you. More than you know. (only appears under certain conditions)
- That's how it goes. We should really get under way.
- You're an idiot. How naive can you get?

I had a conversation where she said she didn't want to see
him get hurt and after that she saw how things were and apologized.
Went traveling, wynee makes comments and says, i see you staring at
her, Do you know where babies come from? I dont want to see anyone get hurt

this, when inside her house.

He's not hardened, then. Alistair's hardening line is "Everyone is out for themselves. You should learn that," (with a followup conversation to reinforce the choice).

The good news is, it is absolutely possible for your Human Noble to marry unhardened Alistair! (Been there, done that...)

As TSM said, don't give up hope! You'll know the right choice when you see it.

Is your character a human noble? Other than a human noble Alistair will not marry. In order for him to marry he has to be at 100% approval rating and he actually does not ask you at the landsmeet you have to say that you chose Alistair and you stand by him. I have played this game inside and out on PS3. I hope this helps.
