First of all I have been away for awhile. Mass Effect 2 brought me back along with the new DLC. I have a few questions if you would take the time.

1. I have all the old weapon DLC is there anything special about the new DLC? I am a Rogue using the two daggers that look like shanks. Any better daggers out there? The rogue weapon pack I saw had axes. I don't understand this don't most of the skills require daggers?

2. How many more levels will I get with both new story DLC's? I am a Assassin/Shadow. Would like to get Decoy and Invisible to add to my arsenal.

3. How is the DLC?

4. Anything else that has changed or I should be aware of? Thanks for your time.

Legacy and mark of the assasin is story driven DLC, you can bring anyone (if alive) ofcourse. each DLC is 3-4 hours long.

to get the best of each DLC: legacy: hawke+sibling+Anders+Varric.
best from Mark of the assasin: Hawke+Aveline+isabela.

I like the DLC's they bring alot to the story, wishing they gives soemthing to Merril and fenris aswell with the same quality or better than legacy/ Mota.:o:lol:

To replay to your questions:
1. The rogue pack you saw brings two new armors and a set of rogue weapons that are actually axes (which look a bit like pickaxes to me) along with a few accessories for companions;

2.with both Legacy and MotA you will get around 10 levels, 5 per DLC roughly.

3.Opinions on Legacy have been universally positive, with praise being given to how it is a call back to Origin's in the sense that combat is tactical, differing from DA II's wave-based fights. If you like a challenge and are curious to know more of Hawke's family history you'll enjoy Legacy.

Mark of the Assassin has seen mixed opinions, although the majority seems to have enjoyed it. Not as great as Legacy, but good. Praise has been given to stealth mechanics being re-introduced to DA with MotA but there were a few annoyances for the fans regarding a certain situation within the DLC that robs player of a choice they could have made, but didn't have the opportunity to make.

4. Nothing else has been revealed thus far except for a few panels from different conventions regarding DA's future. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.c...?v=sjexkoGVKlY.

1. These axes work exactly the same way as daggers. At least one of them is pretty good, if i remember correctly.
2. In both DLCs together maybe 2-3 levels if you are already at some high level.
3. I like both very much. Good stories, nice environments, interesting new enemies, some riddles, great party banter, some problems of the main game are ressolved (enemy waves, recycling)
4. Nothing else that i could think of.

Thanks everyone. So, the axes work for all dagger skills passive and otherwise? Guess I might get the weapon pack then.

2. I am a little confused I am a pretty darn high level. So will I get 10 extra levels or 2-3?

3. I am enjoying Legacy. I roll with Merril-Anders-Aveline mostly because I like the way their skills mesh.

4. So we don't really know anything about the future of Dragon Age? The trailer I saw really seemed different. The graphics, tone and mood. I think the next game will be very heavy on story.

The axes work just like any dagger in the game;

10 may be a bit of an exaggeration on my end, 2-3 is right;

And the future is bright indeed :)

The number of levels you get during the dlcs depends what stage you are up to in the game. My character that I did Legacy and MotA ended up at level 29 by end game where the other characters had finished with level 27.

So, If I have already beat the main game the DLC will only give me 2-3 levels? That is a bit of a let down.
