I'm against MMOs with monthly fees, but since it's Mass Effect I would no doubt buy it anyways since I love the franchise.
Shut up and take my money Bioware!

I think a Mass Effect MMO would be great.
It would be fair if it was playable on consoles as well as PC.

In a heartbeat.
I would much prefer it to SWTOR honestly. Just SWTOR in the Mass Effect universe, I'd be more than happy with that. Though I enjoy SWTOR regardless.

Nope, not likely, an MMO would eat up too much of my time.

Yes, as long as its like TOR and has a story.
If its like most MMOs with little too no story, it is not giving the franchise justice and I would hate it with a burning passion.

MMO's tend to have really crappy visuals and gameplay (combat, specifically), so no.

I don't play MMOs. I'm a console guy. I'm still kind of upset that KotOR 3 became a PC exclusive MMO...

I originally wished swtor was an ME MMORPG, and I still feel that way even as I'm enjoying it. I would definitely play a ME MMO!
I'm deeply against f2p though, would likely not touch that with a stick. It's such a horrible business model, where the aim for the designers is not to create a game so good the customers want to keep coming back for more, rather a game where they manage to get people to do as many micro transactions- and as often as possible.

Of all the fictional universes I've experienced, Mass Effect and Dune are the two that I think would suit a MMO the most.
Mass Effect almost seems perfect for such a game. The only problem would be when it is set. If we set if after ME3, we have to find some sort of canon for the events of ME3, and with all the variables it would be very hard to do. Perhaps it would work if it was set some large amount of time after the Reaper attack.
If it was set before it could work. What if it was set just after the first contact war? That generally would probably be a more feasible setting but I don't think I would enjoy it as much as I would for one set after it.
It could be set well before Humans even entered the galactic scene, perhaps around the Morning war, the Krogan rebellions, or the Rachni wars.
My personal suggestion would be to set it well after ME3, during the rise of another conflict, a conflict alluded to as a 'singularity' if you have read the leak. I won't say more because that would be massive spoilers and even then not enough is known.
Mass Effect seems perfect for a MMO with a Dragon Age: Origins kind of opener. We have combat classes and different races. Each one could have a different 'Origin' story until they are released upon the universe.

No. KotOR proves that there is a lot to lose and change in translation to an MMO. Good MMO, doesn't make it Mass Effect.
