For me it's the other way around. I don't play F2P MMOs because they're crap. If they want to get at least the quality of SWTOR and get a fully voiced MMO they couldn't afford making it free to play.Grunt420 wrote...

Would you play a Mass Effect MMO?

There's always ingame ads. Blizzard's Titan might adopt that methodFredvdp wrote...

Nope MMOs have never really caught my fancy and I doubt even a Mass Effect one would.

I will never play an MMO that was published threw EA I mean look at there games now. They clearly don't know what they are doing anymore (constant glitching in every update patch, there customer sapport is not even at par anymore, they kill many good games to the point that they ain't even playable anymore) The only way i would play a Mass Effect MMO is if it didn't have the EA logo or better yet wasn't even incorperated with EA what-so-ever.

It will work on PS4 and Xbox NEXT.
Have awesome graphics and huge scenarios, made by Frostbite game engine.
Citadel in it will be glorious. And so will other worlds.
It will be amazing.
And I won't play it. I hate MMOs

Not one made by bioware.
That's crazy talk. NO ONE else could pull this off if it were to happen. It's their game, their IP and they've proven they can do an MMO. (don't care what ppl who don't know MMOs say)
If someone else went for it. Hugh I can hear the fail already.

no, MMO's are not my thing, and ME should stick with its current hybrid genre of game design and keep at that.

Why would the forums be opposed to this? TOR was so instanced that was basically like a single player game with optional trading, coop and competitive modes. Aside from that, you'd be playing along with a bunch of other Mass Effect fans and talking to them about Mass Effect. Kind of like what you do here at BSN...

If they could successfully break ME3 away from galaxy wide threats and somehow manage to give us smaller threats in different parts of the galaxy and a reasonable pace to watch the game evolve... Yes...
If they fell into just another galactic threat every so often so to speak. Then No. Meaning they could probably do a lot more with another or even a few more series of games just like the Trilogy we're now working on ending but with somewhat different scope.
I love the ME universe but with ME3 we've kind of done the galactic threat and there's so much room for smaller more localized or individual threats so to speak. I'd love to explore and meet these new smaller threats as I go. Or potentially even several different ones as I traveled to different parts of the galaxy or even potentially other galaxies...
