Alenko definitely sounds more Ukrainian to me.

Many former-Yugoslavian surnames end in "ic" whereas many Ukranian names end in "enko" I believe.

Leng wasn't really described as a cyborg or having any cybernetic implants. It's a sick design, and I'm totally for it, but Anderson didn't exactly **** him up in Retribution. Only shot him in such a way as to slow him down as effectively as possible.
