Judging from what I've read, Kai Leng in ME3 will look and sound more like the cliche evil twin brother.

He may never did novels, but it's still his universe as well.

Yeah, even Aria finds out that Cerberus killed her daughter and yet said nothing about that in Invasion, which happens after Deception.

I've read script.

The problem is that several days ago I looked at Kai Leng's picture from twitter thread and thought "Oh, he's so badass that has beaten Shepard and broke his shotgun!". Now I only think "Lol Shepard you shouldn't have taken his cereal". Maybe he'll prove me wrong with ME3, but doing it against "cereal killah" impression would be hard.
