He hated the people themselves because they did not follow the same religion as him, following religions other than his own or no religion at all. This made him not only a bigot, but a religious person."

While it's true that 90% of their population is male and females are indeed powerful figures within their society, there's nothing to suggest that an individual female wouldn't go off and become mercenary as opposed to being a salarian ****** dumpster.
