Yes, the Alliance has lawless murder-prisons where inmates fend for themselves. For some reason. Let's just throw the entire idea of military justice OUT THE FREAKING WINDOW. 

It's called Hell's Half Acre, not to be confused with Aria's hometown on Thessia, which is Hell's Waiting Room.

I mean, it's not like the turian military ever decided to forcibly alter fertility rates for an entire species so they could win a war or anything.  Or bomb entire blocks of cities from orbit to take out one fire team.

One thing I just noticed is this final review update was tweeted by Casey on the 11th of August. Thats 5 and a half months before release.

Well they have been used to kill people in prisons so it not completely outlandish.  Though if Kai Leng was close enough to kill Gillian with a toothbrush he could've just used his hands/body regardless of being chained up.

Just wondering for the error that's up in the air about Citadel security, isn't it glaringly obvious that it's after ME2, considering Deception is after Retribution which is in itself after ME2? I can't edit the document myself though, too many are using it, but if one of you who can could change it and throw my name on the list you have my thanks.
