4-star, disappointed review submitted. If I get banned from Amazon, it was worth it. Look for it under C. Grimm.

The text of your review doesn't match its star rating.  4 is pretty good.

The Amazon website displays the top-rated negative and positive reviews.  We're gaming the system AND getting rid of that Klausner lady's "review".

That's the whole point we want this review to take the highly visible "Most Helpful Positive Review" spot!

Why not just leave the 1-star ratings on top?

Edit @ above - Gotcha.

Something cool in the works from the Mass Effect Wiki about this. Should see something later today.

Glad to hear this joint-op is working swimmingly. Can't wait to see what you guys do with it.

EXCELLENT

This whole thing brings a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart.  We stand together.  We fight as one.

As for Bioware, they'll likely continue discussion today when they get to work(early in the morning for them, they're asleep).

Gillian is dead? I wonder did the writer make her 18 just to kill her.

Holy crap. This thread was like around a 130 pages two days ago when I last checked. Glad to see more people getting onto it and not just Prince clogging up the thread.  :P
Name is in the OP too. Thanks Jeff. <3
Still no reply from a Biodev? Oh, boy.

E: lmao. Didn't recognise the avy, Prince. Glad to see you're actively helping keeping this afloat hahaha.

Probably.  Or he just rolled dice and added them to get her age.

There could be several reason for that, in fact.

Can't lead an operation to disavow the novel from the ME franchise lore if I'm not pushing this thread forward.

Make sure to take resistance to toothbrushes as one of your traits.  Those things are deadly, you know.

Also...said toothbrush, now that I think about it, bears a striking similarity to Mirtai's spoon from David Edding's Elenium/Tamuli series....

18 so she could be "legal" and so that Dietz wouldn't get slaughtered for having a little girl murdered in a book by a cereal eating pissing in a vase assassin with a sharpened toothbrush.

Question-

Wouldn't it of made a thousand times more sense if instead of a sharpened toothbrush, Leng killed Gillian with an Omniblade?

Yes, it would have made more sense than... the sharpened tooth thing.

That wouldn't have had the meme-worthy level of suck that a killer toothbrush does, though.

Maybe that was Dietz's intent...to become the new "King of Memes"?

Where did you order it from?  Might be too late to cancel but I'm willing to bet you could get your money back.

I'm just saying, with the debut of omniblades in ME3, you'd think Deception would be a good time to show it off.

"Klausner has been criticized by those who question whether she actually reads the books she reviews. They contend that her reviews are always positive in an effort to garner approval from review sites and publishers, contain numerous errors in spelling and grammar and plot points, and are limited to plot synopses, and point out that she must be reading more books than the two per day she claims to read, or that she may be posting reviews written by others."

Shame shame shame.

Was all ready to read more, if just for the ability to re-do it. Then I read the death spoilers.

WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN

This gif sums up my feelings quite well. A look of utter disappointment and a disbelieving shake of the head. Deception has made me lose faith in the Mass Effect franchise. We know Dietz messed up writing this travesty but BioWare messed up even worse for signing off on this. I have begun to question whether this IP is even in the right hands after this.
