You bring up a good point on the "secure drops," but I still find it highly unlikely that one of these "secure drop" areas is on Omega. First of all, Kenn was robbed blind on Omega, thus was stuck selling salvage. Ascension also makes it pretty clear that Omega is not the place quarians go unless absolutely necessary. Omega just isn't quarian-friendly in general, so no quarian would go there if it could be avoided, much less try to drop off something potentially of value to the Fleet there.
I think Kenn provides the most evidence here: a quarian on pilgrimage wouldn't stick around selling scrap metal if there was the slightest possibility of getting aid.

Guys, I'm sure you've seen this one somewhere down the line (can't check a thread which moves at FTL speeds), but I just discovered this pic and doubled over laughing.

If it is canon, then the volus and quarians have all been lying to everyone about needing to remain in their suits all the time upon pain of death. That could be an interesting plot point in ME3. Kahlee and Anderson switched bodies when the decision for who to nominate as Councilor was made (hence why Kahlee was claimed to be the ex council member), the Tantalus drive core wasn't actually super-secret (the plans were purchased off of the galactic equivalent of eBay), and absolutely everyone from ME1 and ME2 has been lying to us the entire time.
If it's not canon, none of this crap matters.

Has any one sent the list to BioWare or some officials? Or are we just counting on them to find it?
It's been a frontpage topic for five days and featured on two or three major gaming news sites.
I daresay they know.
Not to mention all the people bombarding the poor writers and editors on Twitter.

I'm 99% sure they've seen it and were aware of the impending disaster even before the book was out. But they like their jobs, so they won't come out and say anything just yet.
And No... we can't blame them for that...
But what seems to be a hypocrisy is that - long time back (soon after the release of the second game) Casey appeared in an interview (probably, Bioware Pulse) and said that they value the feedback they receive from the forums and based on that they try to incorporate "things" that are technically and rationally feasible to their development cycle.
And look where we are at now!

This is where we find this has all been an elaborate ruse to avoid the cost of hiring people to fact check and, instead, have the community do it for them~!
