Dietz just utterly destroyed Kai Leng's reputation. I hope ME3 can save him. He'd have to kick Shepard's behind and kill one of his closest allies though.

Then I mis-spoke, Jake, or you misunderstood me.  Without getting ugly about it, I'm saying that everything worth having, will still be available post-release.  They try to buy your preorder with little extras that were cut from the game (often with good reason) or little physical items of questionable value. 

If that makes it worth it to you, I guess that's your right, just know that you're damaging the quality of games over time, by showing publishers quality isn't a factor in sales when you pre-order.

I really, really like Kahlee.  She came from a crappy background, worked her way up and makes mistakes.  She's HUMAN, and 2-dimensional (not quite 3-dimensional, but a lot better than most characters in game fiction).

99% of people responsible for ME3 are not responsible for Deception. That is the work of Mr. Dietz (not a Bioware employee) and probably a handful of incompetent people from Bioware that reviewed his "work" and gave it the OK. 

Just the executive producer and lead writer, but whatever.  

That aside, I don't think their efforts on proof-reading Deception are indicative at all of the quality of ME3. 

And I think any move to affect ME3 preorders is silly and futile. The novel readers are a tiny fraction of a fraction of ME3's total player base. 

We've made a thread. They get it. We don't like Deception.

In fact, if we're going off of ME2 as a basis of comparison, there was a huge backlash when the "exclusive" armors were found to be more limited (non-removable helmets) than those in the vanilla game.  So again, you must consider that these are all meaningless after-thoughts to manipulate you.
