And yeah see as the Bioware mods have been active this morning and haven't made a thread for this book I can't see them doing so at all.  At this point all it would be doing is moving this crowd around.

"100 pages in the first week, another 100 in the day after launch. Don't know what kind of literature this is, or where it came from, but if the BSN doesn't bring help soon, there won't be a canon left to save"

First time I've ever reviewed anything of Amazon, and it's the top ranked review, thanks to this community. I hope there were a ton of people who were waiting for the reviews as soon as they found out Drew was off the project.

This line gets me every time. Every. Time.
It's seriously like he was writing up the novel in Word and, for whatever reason, was like, "Quick, need to use another word for round!"
Then right-clicked the word and scrolled down to "roly-poly" without even realising it.

Something similar happens in The Flood a few times. It's just the author's unique way of describing aliens. 

(I forgot the Halo reference, it might've been talking about Grunts)

It's been years since I read The Flood. I'm betting Dietz described Grunts as "cackling hyena clowns" or something.

Maybe searching Google Books would give you the answer.

It certainly helped us judge Deception.

“Come on!” Kahlee said. “If we hurry maybe we can make it.”

“The handover could be over with by now,” Anderson said, as they ran for the tunnel.

“True,” Kahlee replied, “but we’ve got to try.”

“Look!” Anderson exclaimed. “Gyrocycles. I saw them on the way in. Let’s grab one.”

“You can drive it?”

A much younger version of Anderson appeared when he smiled. “I can con a spaceship, can’t I?”

Way to kill a completely emotionless death scene, Anderson...

I think Bioware's only options now are:

1. Publically admit it was a massive screwup (is that the sound of people shaking their heads and calling me optimistic?)

2. Massive censorship (not gonna happen either)

3. Stay silent as all hell (the most likely option)

Well I'm sure they will!  That's Mac Walter's primary source of lore information, after all!  (joke referring to comic-con interview)
