On a separate note regards the levels in biotics. Isn't it that their strength is pretty much their natural cap, it's not something they can raise or lower, they just get better at using that power through training? Like a young Asari just learning how to wield biotics wouldn't stand up to the techniques and discipline of say Samara? Who's had centuries of training and experience.

Or even Jack; but you can see what Cerberus screwing with her biotic power did to her.

Yeah, and if you get really good at using your power, demonstrate it to your instructor, and then ace the written exam, you can qualify as a level 3. Why is this hard to understand?

You just answer a bunch of essay question that require you to describe all the important things, like what a "Reave" is, and how it works.

See, this makes total sense.

MisterJB, thank you.

That amount of hilarity is shared with Deception.

Again, do you understand how the document works? You keep harping on this one issue, that no one is emphasizing. It's not in any of the news articles that I've seen. We are not trying to make it sound like a huge error. So why do you care about this one tiny thing so much? We don't.

You continue to be awesome, and I bow to your grateness, good sir/ma'am.

We've got Chinese and Japanese hate towards Deception too.

Still waiting on Moroccan though.

This is how biotic abilities work in Dietz's Mass Effect.

Added that hill thing to the Doc, that's just to silly to ignore.

I think that Dietz heard that Omega was built into an asteroid and assumed it was built on the surface... because of all the mentions of the surface and this ****.

Everyone knows that Omega is built on the surface of an asteroid! Derp.

When I was writing a particular story that took place exclusively on Omega, I used different areas of the station.

When I needed something isolated, probably broken down and less "lively" than Afterlife, I went with an abandoned industrial area where workers used to live.

Dietz could've had them hide in a place like that, where little else tends to go.

I assume it's not unlikely that Omega would have places like this?

Unlikely, but we can hope.

You usually only see this speed in the character section.

This is truly historic for the BSN.

Biotics have varying amounts of power, but its their amps that help them raise it.

Like Vanguards in ME1 being L3's, but in ME2 being upgraded to L5n's.

True, and the only reason why you were able to be upgraded was becasue your body was practially a burnt crisp of flesh and bone. Hey, if your going to reserect the guy, might as well upgrade the implant he has since the old one burnt up on reentry

That implies acreative ability to work within established Lore, something Dietz is not capable of.

@JamesFaith

You posted earlier that you are a writer. Would you help me with one thing?

Imagine Anderson and Mitra as FBI agents, replace Omega with, let's say Chicago and imagine Aria as local sheriff. Biotic Undergound and Grim Skulls as mafia.

Anderson and co. could as well be parent and uncle, tough and daring because they are veterans of WW I or WW II. Kahlee, well there has to be a female heroine too.

What you get?

EDIT: In Anderson & co. as parents Aria could be a crime boss.

Aria smoothing her white persian cat, which desperately mewing in storm of static energy air kisses?
Debate between BU and Grimskulls quarelling who get surface and who get underground of Omega (Chicago)?
Kai Leng excusing himself from dinner with BU and going on toilette where tootbrush is hidden?

Sorry, too Dietzed and sarcastic now. Posted Image

“That’s huge,” Kahlee said. “What are we waiting for? Let’s go there.”
“Not so fast,” Hendel said. “The place is bound to be full of Level Three biotics all armed to the teeth. We wouldn’t stand a chance. Plus, if it’s there it’s behind a steel door inside a hill made out of solid rock.

So apparently Omega has f***ing hills all over the place.... how much you wanna bet that it's on Omega's "surface", to boot? :pinched:

SINCE WHEN ARE THERE LEVELS?????

Since Dietz, apparently. L1, L2, L3, they've all been cast aside.

For Super Saiyan Biotic Levels.

Yeah and he did not even get that mistake right... <_<

Cause Super Sayian Levels don't work like that, they don't work like that  at. all. How you   screw up the screw up...  in the Inception of screwing up.

Omega definitely has places like this, it's a pretty large station, it's basically the unofficial capital of the Terminus.

The translation back to English is hilarious: "The impact of destruction: the deception is bad."

Sounds about right.
