Maybe I'm overthinking it, but still, it's something to think about.

Oh, if it only it were so, Relix.

Wow, this thing is getting OBLITERATED on Amazon. Only one 5-star review from that stupid bot thing, with over 30 reviews (!) on the polar side. Are you guys part of this? :D 'cause it's awesome.

Hell yes we're part of this. Its just one part of the operation.

Like I said, we're making this happen, damn it.

*salutes*

This is the most inspiring thread in BSN history. :crying:

Wait a second, Kai Leng was captured? How? Lured into trap charged with cereal?

Hey guys, this whole Deception spectacle got me thinking.

What if this was done on purpose, just to get everyone's attention away from other things? You know, like the Origin uproar. The official Origin thread is nowhere to be seen right now. And in the grand scheme of things, Origin's implications were much more serious than a failed novel.
I mean, the team responsible for this mess would surely know that the fanbase would go berserk, if the novel was released in the form it was, when they reviewed it. It is so bad, that I refuse to believe that someone from Bioware (someone like Casey Hudson among others) would read through the novel and said it was great and gave it a green light.
Maybe I'm overthinking it, but still, it's something to think about.

Well the Origin thread was locked almost a week ago because of off-topic ****, so that's why we have to be careful of that.

Ahh, the cereal reference is brought up again.

Kai Leng and his cereal stealing antics really got this thread going in the first place.

The worst thing is that I thought that perhaps I could forget the cereal killer aspect of this character but now it really doubt I can take this character seriously. If there is any sort of dramatic build up to where he enters in scene, it may actually be worse.

My game damn it.

Blame Deception.

The only thing less suspicious would be if they had been wearing the two halves of a horse costume.

Or covered themselves in leaves to pretend to be some bushes.

I know, it's hard to see the badass from Retribution when all I can think about are all of the meme-worthy moments from Deception...

I was serious. I'm re-writing the book. Here is a re-write of the prologue. I'm hoping to try and get a chapter done a day. With today being just the prologue to gauge people's interest and support. This isn't being done as a back handed malicious slap to Dietz or BioWare. I'm doing this because I'm a fan.

Take the time to read if you can, I need to know if this is a futile effort, what I should change, what people would like to see and the like.

We tried to kill the Illusive Man,” the teenager said, as she gripped Kahlee’s hand. “But it didn’t work.” Gillian coughed and blood dribbled down her chin.

“I’m sorry,” Kahlee replied, by which she meant she was sorry about the choices Gillian had made, the people she had killed, and the fact that she was dying.

But Gillian was unaware of the subtleties involved. “It’s okay . . . At least I tried. But there’s something else . . . Something important.”

You know who else is missing out on the subtleties involved in this scene, Mr. Dietz?
Your f***ing readers! <_<

That's about as subtle as an assassin breaking into an admiral's home and eating his cere--oh...right.

Its too hilarious to be suspicious. Ever watch cartoons?

I am a rather huge Anime/Cartoon (lacking a better word here) Nerd. I have never seen the stuff that happens in this book in any of those, not even in the comic relief episodes..

Krogan Hump Jumping, Knify Ninja Action? We got that covered!

Turian Ninja Stealth Field Rickshaws? Right here!

Stabbing an extremely powerful "L3" (lol) Biotic to death with a toothbrush? Of Course!

Well, guy somehow doesn't found anything suspicous when he just escapes assasination attempt and comes to Cerberus safe house gurded by Turian and Salarian. Then, later he escapes and manages to get captured again.

It used to be open to everyone until a troll came along and unsurprisingly enough, did trollish things. You need to request access via PM now, unfortunately, but that's just the name of the game.

Change 'preview' in the URL to 'edit' and you should get to the editable version, if there aren't too many people accessing it. I can add you to the trusted editors list if you aren't already on, just PM me the e-mail you use to log in to Google.
